Last Sundayโ€™s message from Revelation 3:1โ€“6 reminded us that Jesus sees beyond appearances. A church may have the reputation of being alive, yet still be spiritually asleep. Christ desires more than outward activityโ€”He desires hearts that are fully devoted to Him. ๐Ÿ™

His call to the church in Sardis is clear: Wake up. Remember. Keep His Word. Repent. God brings revival not by changing our circumstances, but by transforming our hearts. Those who remain faithful will be recognized, remembered, and rewarded by Christ.

โ€œThe greatest reward of heaven is not a place, it is a Person.โ€

Last Sundayโ€™s message from Revelation 2:18โ€“29 reminded us that Jesus calls His church to live in holiness by recognizing His authority, rejecting compromise, and remaining faithful until He returns. ๐Ÿ™

While the church in Thyatira was commended for its love, faith, service, and perseverance, Jesus also confronted its tolerance of sin and false teaching. His message is clear: God's grace is never a license to compromiseโ€”it is the power to live a holy life.

Compromise may promise comfort, but it always leads to corruption. As followers of Christ, we are called to hold firmly to His truth and remain devoted to Him, knowing that our greatest reward is not simply heaven itself, but Jesus Christ.

Last Sundayโ€™s message from Revelation 2:12โ€“17 reminded us that Christ calls His church to stand firm by holding on to the truth, rejecting compromise, and remaining faithful to Him. ๐Ÿ™

The church in Pergamum endured opposition, yet Jesus warned them of a greater dangerโ€”not only persecution from the outside, but compromise from within. The world may offer temporary satisfaction, but only Christ provides true fulfillment, eternal hope, and lasting reward.

Faithfulness is not measured by comfort or popularity, but by perseverance and commitment to Christ. Let us choose what honors Him over what pleases the world. โค๏ธ

โ€œFaithfulness is proven not when itโ€™s easy but when itโ€™s costly.โ€

Last Sundayโ€™s message from Revelation 2:8โ€“11 reminded us that following Christ does not exempt us from suffering, but it does assure us of His presence, power, and promises through every trial. ๐Ÿ™

Jesus spoke to the church in Smyrna, a church facing tribulation, poverty, and persecution. Yet instead of rebuking them, He encouraged them to remain faithful. Their circumstances were difficult, but Christ knew their suffering and reminded them that eternal reward awaits those who endure.

When the fire of testing comes, let us keep our eyes on Christโ€”the First and the Last, who died and came to life again. Enduring faith leads to eternal reward. โค๏ธ

โ€œAre you still in love with Jesus, or are you only working for Him?โ€

Last Sundayโ€™s message from Revelation 2:1โ€“7 reminded us that it is possible to be busy in ministry, faithful in service, and steadfast in doctrineโ€”yet slowly drift from our first love for Christ. ๐Ÿ™

Jesus commended the church in Ephesus for their labor and endurance, but He also exposed a deeper issue: they had abandoned the love they once had for Him. The greatest danger is not losing our ministry, but losing our love for Christ.

The Lordโ€™s invitation is clear: Remember. Repent. Return. Revival is possible when we intentionally come back to the One who first loved us. โค๏ธ
