With a strong will and a gentle heart, the Most Reverend Francisco San Diego faithfully served as the first Bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Pasig.
He was a shepherd who stood firm in faith, yet led with compassion. With courage, and unwavering dedication, he helped lay the foundation upon which the Diocese of Pasig continues to grow and flourish.
The seeds he planted through his ministry, his leadership, and his love for Godโs people have become part of the enduring story of our Diocese. His legacy is not only found in the structures he helped establish, but in the faith he nurtured, the lives he touched, and the community he helped build.
Today, we remember a shepherd of strength and tendernessโa man whose firm resolve was matched by a heart that cared deeply.
May the foundation he laid continue to guide generations to come.
