Joshua and the Israelites stood before the walls of Jericho with a promise already given: God had declared the victory before the battle even began. Yet the way toward that promise required them to walk, wait, and obey instructions that did not seem to make sense.

In the same way, God may lead us through seasons we cannot fully understand. But confusion does not mean that His promise has changed. Delays do not mean He has forgotten. Difficult instructions do not mean He has abandoned us. When we cannot see the outcome, we can still trust the One who has spoken.

“And the Lord said unto Joshua, See, I have given into thine hand Jericho...”Joshua 6:2 KJV

May we remember that God's promises are not dependent on our understanding of His process. When following Him becomes difficult, let us not allow confusion to weaken our faith. Keep walking. Keep obeying. Keep trusting. For the God who gave the promise is faithful to fulfill it in His perfect way and time.

A church that desires to reach more souls must also be willing to grow, learn, and be equipped for the work God has called it to do. This is a reminder that winning souls is not only a calling, but a mission that requires willing hearts, faithful preparation, and lives ready to share the Gospel.

“And the Lord said unto Joshua, See, I have given into thine hand Jericho...”
Joshua 6:2 KJV

Let us continue to be equipped, strengthened, and prepared to engage more souls with the hope of Jesus Christ. As we grow in our calling, may we faithfully go beyond the walls of the church and make Christ known to those who need Him.

Some victories begin in silence, long before the walls come down.

Before Joshua and the people of Israel saw the walls of Jericho fall, God had already declared the victory. Their task was to trust, obey, and follow His instructions—even when the path did not seem to make sense. Their silent march was not a sign of weakness, but a demonstration of faith in the power of God.

Today, there are still walls standing before us—walls of fear, unbelief, discouragement, and hearts that have yet to know Jesus. We may not tear them down through our own strength, but through faithful obedience to God's calling. Sometimes, the greatest step we can take is to stop speaking about ourselves and begin speaking more about Jesus.

“And the Lord said unto Joshua, See, I have given into thine hand Jericho, and the king thereof, and the mighty men of valour.” Joshua 6:2 KJV

May our Silent March remind us that the victory belongs to the Lord. Let us faithfully walk, pray, and obey—but when the time comes to speak, may our voices boldly proclaim Jesus. For every wall that stands between a soul and the hope of the Gospel can only truly fall by the power of God.

Who Are You When Everything Else Is Taken Away?

Our achievements, titles, possessions, and even our struggles can easily become the things that define us. But when these things change or disappear, we may begin to wonder where our identity truly rests. As believers, our identity is not found in what we have accomplished or what we are going through—it is found in Jesus Christ.

Paul learned this truth even in prison. His circumstances changed, but his contentment did not, because his strength was never dependent on his situation. He learned to be content in every season because Christ was enough. His imprisonment could not stop him from serving God because his purpose and identity were anchored in the Lord.

“I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.”Philippians 4:13 KJV

Whatever season we are in, may we never allow our circumstances to tell us who we are. Titles may change, achievements may fade, and possessions may be lost, but our identity in Christ remains. May Jesus always be first and at the center of our lives, because when Christ is enough, we can face every season with contentment, strength, and faith.
