“I have seen all the works that are done under the sun; and, behold, all is vanity and vexation of spirit.”–Ecclesiastes 1:14 (KJV)

Every day, we pour ourselves into so many things. We study, work, serve our families, care for others, and carry responsibilities that often leave us physically and emotionally drained. Yet after all the busyness, we sometimes find ourselves asking, Why do I still feel empty?

Solomon had everything the world could offer—wisdom, wealth, success, and influence. But after experiencing it all, he concluded that everything “under the sun,” or everything apart from God, is vanity and vexation of spirit.

💌 For young women, the pursuit of acceptance and validation can feel exhausting.
💌 For working women, achievements and promotions may still leave the heart unsatisfied.
💌 For wives and mothers, the endless cycle of responsibilities can feel overwhelming and unnoticed.

The lesson of Ecclesiastes is simple but powerful: when God is not at the center, even good things can feel empty. But when we live for the Lord, nothing is wasted. Our ordinary routines become sacred. Our unseen sacrifices become meaningful. Our daily work becomes worship.

Are you spending your strength on things that will fade, or on what has eternal value?

Everything apart from God is vanity, but a life lived for Him is full of purpose.

When our hearts are right before God, our prayers rise to Him unhindered.

“Behold, the LORD'S hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither his ear heavy, that it cannot hear: But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear.” – Isaiah 59:1–2 (KJV)

Sometimes, when our prayers seem unanswered, it is easy to wonder if God is still listening. But His power has not diminished, and His ear is never closed to His children.

Often, the greatest hindrance to prayer is not on God’s side, but in the condition of our own hearts.

Hidden sin, disobedience, and unforgiveness can create barriers that affect our fellowship with God. Yet this truth is not meant to discourage us—it is an invitation to come before Him with humility, confession, and surrender.

Prayer begins long before we speak the words “Dear Lord.” It begins with a heart that is clean, obedient, and willing to forgive.

May we allow God to search our hearts, remove anything that hinders our prayers, and restore the sweet fellowship He desires to have with us.

Happy Mother’s Day! 🌷

Today we honor the women whose love reflects the heart of God—mothers, grandmothers, spiritual mothers, and every woman who nurtures others with faith, wisdom, and grace.

A mother’s work is often unseen, but its impact is eternal. Through every prayer whispered, every sacrifice made, and every lesson taught, she leaves a legacy that reaches generations.

“Her children arise up, and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praiseth her.” – Proverbs 31:28 (KJV)

To every mother: Thank you for your strength when you were tired, your faith when life was uncertain, and your love that never gave up.

May the Lord richly bless you for every seed of love, prayer, and sacrifice you have sown.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the amazing mothers and mothers in faith! You are deeply loved, greatly appreciated, and truly a gift from God. ✨

Love,

Hello, May! 🌷

May your heart find peace in places that once made you worry.

May your soul slow down enough to notice the quiet ways God has been carrying you all along.

May your prayers bloom into gentle reminders that even the seasons that once hurt you were never wasted in the hands of God.

As another month begins, may you look back not only with nostalgia, but with gratitude—for the prayers answered, the tears God saw, and the strength He gave when you thought you had none left.

“Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.” — Isaiah 26:3 (KJV)

Guarding a Pure Heart in a Busy World

“Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God.” - Matthew 5:8 (KJV)

One of the subtle dangers for young believers is thinking that being active for God automatically means being close to God.

You can be involved in church… attend every fellowship… serve in ministry… post Christian content… even support the work of the Lord—and still slowly neglect your walk with Him.

And for many young women, this can happen quietly. Sometimes what starts as sincere devotion can become routine. Prayer becomes rushed. Bible reading becomes occasional. Convictions become compromised.

And little by little, the heart loses its tenderness before God.

That is why our theme this April—purity—matters so much.

Purity is not only about outward standards. It is about protecting a heart that stays sincere before God. A pure heart is not distracted from Jesus, even while doing things for Jesus.

For the younger generation, there is so much competing for your heart—social media, relationships, approval, ambition, endless noise. And if we’re not careful, even good things can crowd out intimacy with God.

Jesus never let ministry replace communion. Even while serving many, He withdrew to pray. Why? Because fruitfulness flows from fellowship.

Sometimes we can be so busy doing Christian things that we forget the most important thing—being with Christ.

And purity includes this too:
✨ Pure motives in serving
✨ Pure devotion in private
✨ Pure love for Jesus above everything else

“Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.” - Proverbs 4:23 (KJV)

To the younger women:
Guard your quiet time.
Guard your convictions.
Guard the secret place.

Because a generation that keeps a pure heart will be a generation that truly knows God. Don’t just work for God. Walk with Him. Don’t just talk about Jesus. Stay close enough to hear Him.

Have I been busy doing things for God while neglecting time with God?

May this be our invitation this month: return to purity of heart, and return to Jesus. ✨

🌸 She Talks About Jesus | Ladies Fellowship 🌸

Topic: Prayer That Moves

Tonight, we shared our takeaways from the message of Ptr. Dannes that prayer is not just about speaking—it is about a heart aligned with God.

📖 James 5:17 (KJV)
“Elias was a man subject to like passions as we are, and he prayed earnestly that it might not rain: and it rained not on the earth by the space of three years and six months.”

Elijah was just like us—imperfect, with struggles and weaknesses. Yet his prayer was powerful because it was anchored in God’s Word and offered with a sincere heart.

Sometimes, we find ourselves doubting our prayers—not because God cannot answer, but because deep inside, we know there are things we haven’t surrendered. Hidden sins, silent struggles, and unconfessed burdens can make us hesitate instead of coming boldly before Him.

This is where true confession comes in—not just words, but a heart willing to be made right before God.

✨ Prayer becomes powerful when:
• Our hearts are clean before Him
• Our faith is grounded in His promises
• Our lives are aligned with His Word

It’s not about how long or how beautiful our prayers are—it’s about a right heart and a firm trust in God.

May we be women who pray with sincerity, humility, and faith—believing that God hears and will move in His perfect time.

See you again next fellowship, ladies! Let’s continue growing together in faith and prayer. 🌸

April is our anniversary month for She Talks About Jesus, and as we celebrate God’s faithfulness, we will be focusing on a beautiful and important theme—PURITY.🤍

“Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.” - Proverbs 4:23 (KJV)

Purity doesn’t begin with what people see—it begins in the heart.

As women, we carry so much within us—thoughts, emotions, desires, and even silent struggles. And often, what no one sees is what shapes us the most. That’s why God reminds us to guard our hearts diligently, because everything we do flows from it.

For young women, purity starts in what you allow to influence your heart—what you watch, who you listen to, and what you entertain.
For working women, it’s guarding your heart from pressure, comparison, and compromise.

For wives and mothers, it’s protecting your heart from weariness, bitterness, or silent discouragement.

Purity is not about being perfect. It’s about being intentional.

As we go through this month together, may we allow God to search our hearts and teach us what it truly means to live pure lives before Him.

What have you been allowing into your heart lately?

Today, choose to guard your heart.

Choose purity—not just outwardly, but deeply within.🤍

Mary – A Woman of Pure Devotion

This time, let’s speak directly to the hearts of young women—because purity is not just a rule, it is a decision that shapes your future.
Mary was a young woman when God chose her. She was not famous, not powerful, not experienced—but she was pure in heart and willing to obey.

“And Mary said, Behold the handmaid of the Lord; be it unto me according to thy word…” — Luke 1:38 (KJV)

In a world that normalizes compromise, Mary chose surrender. She chose God’s will over comfort, reputation, and even understanding.
Purity for young women today is not easy.

You face pressure—from social media, relationships, friends, and even your own emotions. The world says, “Follow your heart.”
But God says, “Guard your heart.”

“Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.” — Proverbs 4:23 (KJV)

Mary’s life reminds us:

✨ Purity protects your purpose
God entrusted Mary with something great because her heart was prepared. What you protect today prepares you for what God will entrust tomorrow.

✨ Purity requires courage
Choosing to stay pure may mean standing alone, saying no, or being misunderstood—but it honors God.

✨ Purity is surrender, not restriction
It’s not about missing out—it’s about being set apart for something greater.

You don’t have to wait until you’re older to live a life that pleases God.
Right now, in your youth, your choices matter.

Are you guarding your heart, or are you slowly giving pieces of it away?

Like Mary, may you be a young woman who says,
“Lord, my life is Yours.” 🌸
