On this 𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐁𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐕𝐢𝐫𝐠𝐢𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐲, we joyfully celebrate the birth of our 𝗕𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗠𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿. She is the 𝙥𝙪𝙧𝙚 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙩 𝙘𝙝𝙤𝙨𝙚𝙣 𝙗𝙮 𝙂𝙤𝙙 to become the dwelling place of our Savior and our loving Mother, to whom we turn in times of sorrow, trials, and difficulties.

May her unwavering love guide us and carry our prayers to our Lord Jesus Christ.

September 7 | Monday of the Twenty-third Week in Ordinary Time
Gospel: Luke 6:6–11

Reflection:

Jesus saw a man with a withered hand and chose to heal him, even though the Pharisees were watching closely, looking for a reason to accuse Him.

Jesus reminds us that doing good should never be delayed by fear, judgment, or legalism. Mercy and compassion are at the heart of God’s law.

Sometimes we hesitate to help because we worry about what others will say. But Jesus invites us to choose what is right and loving, even when it is difficult.

🙏 Lord, give me the courage to do good, show compassion, and help those who need me, even when others may not understand.

August 29 | Memorial of the Martyrdom of St. John the Baptist
Gospel: Mark 6:17–29

Reflection:

St. John the Baptist remained faithful to the truth, even when speaking the truth put his own life at risk.

His courage reminds us that following God is not always easy. There may be times when standing for what is right means being misunderstood, rejected, or even alone. But John chose faithfulness over comfort.

May we have the courage to speak the truth with love and remain faithful to God, whatever the cost.

🙏 Lord, give me the courage of St. John the Baptist to stand for what is right and remain faithful to You, even when it is difficult.

Sa ating pagtitipon ngayong buwan, sama-sama nating pagnilayan ang mahalagang tema na: "𝐊𝐀𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐁". Ang bawat biyaya, kakayahan, at buhay mula sa Diyos ay isang regalo na nararapat nating pahalagahan at ibahagi sa ating kapwa.

Makakasama natin bilang ating Guest Speaker si 𝗥𝗲𝘃. 𝗙𝗿. 𝗟𝗶𝘁𝗼 𝗝𝗼𝗽𝘀𝗼𝗻 upang magbahagi ng pagninilay at inspirasyon para sa ating pamayanan.

August 22 | Memorial of the Queenship of the Blessed Virgin Mary
Gospel of Matthew 23:1–12

Reflection:

Jesus teaches that true greatness is found in humility. He warns against seeking honor and recognition, reminding His followers that those who humble themselves will be exalted.

The Blessed Virgin Mary lived this message perfectly. Although she was chosen to be the Mother of God and honored as Queen of Heaven, she remained humble and obedient to God’s will. Her greatness came not from seeking attention but from faithfully saying “yes” to the Lord.

May we follow Mary’s example by serving others with humility and allowing God—not ourselves—to receive the glory.

🙏 Lord, give me a humble heart like Mary’s, ready to serve You and others with love.
