Detective Sam and Detective Tom have been sent on a special, secret mission to obtain pieces of evidence regarding a man named Jesus who is supposed to have risen from the dead. Certain clues were given to Detective Sam and Detective Tom regarding what they are to bring back to their Detective Lieutenant: four books whose page edges glow red by the light of fire and whose words are revealed by the light of fire; to this they are sent to the Valley of Ancient Literature at midnight with strict orders to depart the Valley before the full circle of the sun sits above the horizon. All this was told them, but regarding the man named Jesus they knew very little.
