With deep gratitude and love, the parish community gathers as one in bidding farewell to our beloved former Parish Priest, Rev. Fr. Edgar Bonette B. Clar, as he begins a new chapter of his ministry at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Parish – Gamut. In this profound moment of despedida, hearts are filled with thanksgiving for his dedicated service, guidance, and pastoral care.

As we send him forth, we entrust him to God’s continued grace, carrying with him the prayers and affection of the faithful he has shepherded. Though he leaves our parish, the impact of his ministry remains, and the bond we share in Christ endures.

A Shepherd’s Heart, A Lasting Legacy

With grateful hearts, we bid farewell to our beloved Parish Priest, Rev. Fr. Edgar Bonette B. Clar, as he begins a new chapter of his priestly ministry.

Your years of service in La Purisima Concepcion Parish-Tago have been a blessing to countless lives. Through your guidance, wisdom, humility, and unwavering faith, you have inspired us to grow closer to God and to serve others with love and compassion.

Thank you for every Mass celebrated, every prayer offered, every word of encouragement shared, and every sacrifice made for our parish community. Your dedication has left a mark that will remain in our hearts for years to come.

While it is difficult to say goodbye, we trust in God’s plan and rejoice knowing that another community will now experience the same care and shepherding that we have been blessed to receive.

May the Lord continue to strengthen you, guide your ministry, and shower you with abundant blessings wherever your mission leads you.

‎The ceremony was facilitated by Rev. Fr. Sedronico M. Delos Santos, DCT and graced by the presence of our beloved bishop, Most Rev. Raul B. Dael, DD.

‎Together with the members of the PPC and PFC, we thank Fr. Edgar for his faithful service and warmly welcome Fr. Ramil as he begins his pastoral ministry in our parish comes June 1.

𝑳𝒆𝒕 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒆 𝒃𝒆 𝒑𝒆𝒂𝒄𝒆 𝒐𝒏 𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒕𝒉 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒍𝒆𝒕 𝒊𝒕 𝒃𝒆𝒈𝒊𝒏 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒎𝒆.

Last night, the faithful of La Purisima Concepcion Parish – Tago gathered as one community in prayer, responding to the call of our Bishop, Most Rev. Raul B. Dael, and in communion with the invitation of our Holy Father, Pope Leo XIV, to pray for World Peace.

The Diocesan Prayer Vigil for World Peace began with the Holy Mass, solemnly presided over by Rev. Fr. Edgar Clar, our Parish Priest. A solemn time for Eucharistic Adoration followed wherein the faithful adored the Blessed Sacrament, prayed the Holy Rosary, had a meditative Taizé Prayer, and the Prayer for Peace.

In a world wounded by conflict and indifference, we stand united in faith as one family, believing that true peace begins in Christ and is made alive through our prayers and actions.

• Prayer Vigil – 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM

As conflicts and wars continue to unfold in different parts of the world, their effects are felt even beyond the battlefield. Though we may not be directly involved, we are not untouched — rising oil prices, increasing transportation costs, and the growing cost of basic goods remind us that the suffering of one part of the world impacts us all. In these challenging times, we are called to come together and pray for peace — for our world, our country, and our families.

We warmly invite all parishioners and religious groups to come together in faith and solidarity and with rosaries in our hands, join in this diocesan-wide prayer vigil for world peace.

As one family united with the love of God, let us unite our hearts and lift our prayers for peace in our world. Your presence is a prayer in itself.
