🌅✨ Resurrexit sicut dixit — He is Risen as He said! ✨🌅

In this sacred and joyful moment, we witness the beautiful encounter between Mary and the Risen Jesus—a powerful sign of hope fulfilled and love victorious. From the silence of grief to the fullness of joy, this encounter reminds us that God’s promises never fail. What was once a path of sorrow has now become a celebration of life, for Christ has truly risen just as He said.

From darkness to light, from sorrow to joy, from despair to hope, this moment speaks deeply to every heart. Like Mary, who journeyed through pain and uncertainty, we too are reminded that no suffering is ever wasted in the hands of God. In the Risen Christ, every tear is turned into joy, every loss into victory, and every ending into a new beginning.

Here at Sr. San Antonio de Padua – Quezon Chapel, this sacred encounter during the Easter celebration becomes more than just a tradition—it becomes a living message for all of us. It calls us to rise above our struggles, to trust in God’s timing, and to believe that even in our darkest moments, His light will surely shine.

May this profound encounter inspire us to live as witnesses of the Resurrection—to carry Christ’s light into the world, to share His love with others, and to proclaim with confidence that He is alive in our hearts and in our lives.

With hearts full of gratitude, we extend our sincere thanks to our Mass Presider, Reverend Father Antonio M. Galela, for leading us in this meaningful and grace-filled celebration.

✝️🙏 Good Friday | Veneration of the Cross 🙏✝️

(𝐋𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐔𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐚𝐝)

In a profound moment of silence and reverence, the faithful gathered at Sr. San Antonio de Padua – Quezon Chapel to commemorate the Veneration of the Cross, a sacred expression of our faith and gratitude for the saving sacrifice of our Lord Jesus Christ.

The liturgy began in deep stillness as the priest lay prostrate before the altar—a powerful sign of humility, surrender, and mourning. In that silent gesture, we were reminded of our own need to bow down before God, to acknowledge our sins, and to entrust ourselves completely to His mercy. It was a moment that invited every heart to reflect, to repent, and to recognize the depth of Christ’s love poured out on the Cross.

As the Cross was unveiled and lifted, the faithful came forward one by one to venerate it—with a touch, a bow, or a kiss—offering not just a gesture, but a personal act of faith and thanksgiving. In that simple yet profound act, we acknowledged that the Cross is not merely a symbol of suffering, but the very source of our salvation and hope.

This sacred celebration reminds us that through the Cross, love triumphs over sin, mercy overcomes judgment, and life is born from sacrifice. Even in a late post, the message of Good Friday remains ever alive: to embrace our crosses with faith, to live with humility, and to trust in God’s redeeming love.

📖 “Behold the wood of the Cross, on which hung the salvation of the world.” — (Good Friday Liturgy)

Let us continue to adore Christ crucified, and carry His love into our daily lives. ✝️🙏

✝️🙏 Good Friday | The Seven Last Words of Jesus 🙏✝️

(𝐋𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐔𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐚𝐝)

In a moment of solemn silence and deep reflection, the faithful gathered at Sr. San Antonio de Padua – Quezon Chapel to meditate on the Seven Last Words of Jesus—His final expressions of love, mercy, and surrender on the Cross. Each word spoken was not only a remembrance of His suffering, but a powerful message that continues to speak to our lives today.

From forgiveness to promise, from abandonment to trust, the Seven Last Words reveal the heart of Christ—full of compassion, obedience, and unconditional love. As each reflection was shared, we were invited to look within ourselves: to forgive those who have hurt us, to extend mercy, to remain faithful in times of suffering, and to entrust everything to God.

This sacred devotion reminded us that the Cross is not the end, but the beginning of hope. In every pain we carry, in every struggle we face, Christ walks with us. His words echo in our hearts, calling us to live a life of faith, humility, and love.

📖 “Father, into Your hands I commend My spirit.” — Luke 23:46

May these final words of Jesus continue to inspire us to become instruments of His peace, bearers of His love, and witnesses of His saving grace in our daily lives. ✝️🙏

✝️🙏 Good Friday | Stations of the Cross (Late Upload) 🙏✝️

Though shared late, the solemnity and grace of this sacred day remain deeply alive in our hearts. On Good Friday, we walked prayerfully through the Stations of the Cross, journeying with our Lord Jesus Christ in His path of suffering and love.

With each station, the Cross was lifted high—a powerful sign of our faith and redemption. In silence, reflection, and penitential acts, the faithful offered prayers, sacrifices, and acts of contrition, uniting their own struggles with the Passion of Christ. Every step, every pause, and every prayer became a moment of surrender, reminding us of the depth of His love for humanity.

As we followed Him from condemnation to His final moments, we were invited not only to remember His sacrifice but to carry our own crosses with faith, humility, and trust in God’s will. The lifting of the Cross throughout all the stations symbolized our hope—that through the Cross comes salvation, and through suffering comes new life.

Even in this late post, the message of Good Friday remains clear and powerful: love that sacrifices, mercy that forgives, and faith that endures.

📖 “We adore You, O Christ, and we bless You, because by Your Holy Cross You have redeemed the world.” — (Traditional prayer, cf. Galatians 6:14)

Let us continue to reflect, repent, and remain grateful for the saving love of Christ shown on the Cross. ✝️🙏

✨🙏 Holy Thursday | Mass of the Lord’s Supper (Late Upload) 🙏✨

Though posted late, the grace of this sacred night remains ever alive in our hearts. On Holy Thursday, we entered into the profound mystery of love and service as our Lord Jesus Christ gathered with His disciples for the Last Supper, instituting the Holy Eucharist and the priesthood—gifts that continue to nourish and guide us today.

In a moving act of humility, Jesus washed the feet of His apostles, reminding us that true greatness is found in serving others with love. This beautiful moment calls each of us to follow His example—to serve with compassion, mercy, and a humble heart.

As the celebration deepened, we were drawn into the mystery of the Eucharist—the Body and Blood of Christ, given for us. From the table of the Last Supper to the solemn transfer of the Blessed Sacrament to the Altar of Repose, we journeyed with the Lord in His love and sacrifice. In silence and reverence, we stayed in adoration, accompanying Him in His agony, watching and praying as He prepared to give His life for our salvation.

Even in a late post, the message remains timeless: to love as He loves, to serve as He serves, and to remain faithful in His presence.

📖 “I have given you a model to follow, so that as I have done for you, you should also do.” — John 13:15

Let us continue to watch, pray, and honor the Real Presence of Christ in the Holy Eucharist. 🙏✨
