The line remains unbroken! Viva il Papa Leo VIV!🇻🇦

FROM ST. PETER TO POPE LEO XIV, THE APOSTOLIC SUCCESSION REMAINS UNBROKEN

The Apostolic succession refers to the uninterrupted transmission of spiritual authority from the Apostles through successive popes and bishops, beginning with St. Peter, who is traditionally considered the first pope. This chain of succession is a foundational aspect of Catholic teaching, affirming that the Pope, as the Bishop of Rome, maintains the doctrinal and sacramental integrity of the Church. Pope Leo XIV, as the current leader, continues this line, ensuring that the teachings and mission of Christ are upheld in the modern world, demonstrating the enduring significance of this succession in Catholic belief and practice.
