Verse of the Week ๐
I Corinthians 1:27
"But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty;"
Sometimes, we think God can only use people who are talented, experienced, or intelligent. But when we look at the Scripture, we see that God also uses ordinary people who are simply willing to say, "Yes, Lord. Here I am, Use me."
Being available to God means making time for Him, even when our schedules are full and life gets busy. We may have different gifts and abilities, but what good are they if we are never going to use them for God? Our gifts are important, but God also desires our time, attention, willingness, and a heart that is fully surrendered to Him.
May we learn to recognize His call and be willing to respond, even when it requires us to step outside our comfort zone. At the end of the day, God is not only looking at what we can do; He is looking for hearts that are willing to be available to Him!
May our response always be:
"Lord, here I am. I am available. Use me for Your Glory"๐
