Living in the present reality can bring about confusions when God's plans are measured in eternity. Temporary things can feel permanent and we might find ourselves wavering in the mission God called us for.

The resurrection of Christ calls us to live a life of mission and holiness. Hardships encountered are not in vain. Because Jesus is victorious over sin, we are able to endure and persevere toward our purpose of sharing the gospel. Choosing Him and His ways every day, knowing that we are empowered and guided by the Holy Spirit every step of the way.

As believers, even we are not exempt from the many challenges in this world. Sometimes, it can even be overwhelming and feel like there’s no way out because of our limitations.

However, God is the source of our strength. He is not limited. When we draw our strength from Him and not our own, we are able to overcome problems and face challenges that are beyond our capabilities.

The Lord gives us strength and he also gives us protection. Through His word, we are able to shield ourselves from lies and doubts that tear away at our confidence in Him.

And most importantly, we are called to pray. Continuous prayer strengthens us and our faith because only through admitting our weakness are we able to tap into the mighty power of our God, giving our thanks to Him in all circumstances.

The victory of Jesus is for everyone who believes in Him. The same victory that won over sin and death is the same victory we experience when we put our faith in Him.

His glory over all gives us the confidence to live victoriously, knowing that the challenges we face right now is already under His divine authority. How wonderful it is to submit ourselves to a King that has risen above everything.

Last night at our weekly prayer meeting, we are reminded that a life lived in goodness, righteousness, and in truth is the all-in response to the all-in love God has for us.

We are called to be the salt and light to our world, reflecting Jesus to the world. The Lord's guidance and grace is ever-present for the times we find ourselves struggling, giving us the confidence to live by the Word, not the world.

The uncertainties of the world can sometimes distract us from our faith. Chaos precedes anxiety and doubts turn into What-If scenarios that overrule our hope.

Yet the Bible reminds us that we are secure because our security lies not in what is temporal but in what is eternal. Jesus' resurrection is proof that our hope is not in vain because He has already won the battle for us.

The troubles we face now is overcome with our confidence in our God because not even death held him back. We are forgiven and we are saved.

The call to Christ's body is not just a singular event, it is a life lived. Throughout our lifetimes, different standards can dictate and confuse on what should be the way we ought to live.

However, God's word is certain. We are called to live in love, humility, unity, and truth. It is our mandate to remain steadfast in faith, no longer walking the path of our old selves but living renewed lives in Christ.

Jesus lived a perfect life so he can die in our place, saving us from sin, and he then rose again. The truth that Christ triumphed over sin is the foundation of our faith.

The endless grace God signified by the empty tomb is the anchor of our salvation. We are no longer bound by sin because Jesus already conquered it for us. The power of the resurrection transforms us, enabling us to not just merely preach the gospel but to ultimately believe in it.

Because death did have the final say, Jesus does.

And yet, we would still to choose to worship.

In the face of challenges, fears, doubts, and worries, the response will always will be to praise His name because He already finished it at the cross. What an incredible blessing it is to experience His goodness and peace in times of uncertainty.

Let us boldly proclaim the gospel, in unison and without exception, just as Jesus boldly came here on earth to die for our sins.
