CAVITE PTRS FELLOWSHIP & MENTORING

We give all the glory and praise to God for the successful conclusion of the CAVITE Pastors Fellowship and Mentoring held at Triumphant Christian Alliance CHURCH in Tanza Cavite. It was truly a blessed gathering filled with wisdom, encouragement, and spiritual strengthening among pastors from different churches.

The discussions on disciple-making were meaningful, inspiring, and deeply impactful. Every session reminded us of the importance of nurturing faithful disciples and equipping believers to fulfill Godโ€™s calling. The fellowship became a powerful venue for learning, sharing experiences, and growing together in ministry.

More than anything, the event became a testimony of unity and collaboration among churches and leaders in Cavite. With one heart and one mission, everyone was encouraged to work together in fulfilling the Great Commission and advancing the Kingdom of God.

Indeed, God moved mightily throughout the fellowship. May the lessons learned and the partnerships formed continue to bear fruit for His glory. To God alone be all the praise, honor, and thanksgiving!

Para sa lahat ng mga ina ng Alliance Church sa buong Southern Tagalog District!

Sa espesyal na pagdiriwang na ito, nais naming ipaabot ang aming taos-pusong pagbati at pasasalamat sa inyong lahat. Kayo po ay tunay na pagpapala ng Diyos sa bawat tahanan, simbahan, at komunidad. Sa inyong walang sawang pagmamahal, sakripisyo, pag-aaruga, at pananalangin, marami ang napapalakas at napapatatag sa pananampalataya.

Bilang mga ilaw ng tahanan, ipinapakita ninyo ang tunay na halimbawa ng kabutihan, pagtitiis, at paglilingkod. Sa kabila ng pagod at pagsubok, patuloy ninyong ibinibigay ang inyong buong puso para sa inyong pamilya at sa gawain ng Panginoon. Ang inyong buhay ay inspirasyon sa marami at patunay ng katapatan ng Diyos.

Dalangin namin na patuloy kayong pagpalain ng Panginoon ng kalakasan, mabuting kalusugan, kapayapaan, at kagalakan. Nawaโ€™y suklian Niya nang masagana ang lahat ng inyong pagmamahal at kabutihang ginagawa. Patuloy po sana kayong maging instrumento ng pag-ibig at biyaya ng Diyos saan man kayo naroroon.

Maligayang Araw ng mga Ina sa lahat ng mga ina ng Alliance Church sa Southern Tagalog District! Kayo po ay mahalaga, pinararangalan, at lubos na pinagpapala.

Todayโ€™s DMT meeting concluded successfully, and we give all praise and thanks to God for His guidance and faithfulness. Despite the global crisis that continues to affect us all, the work for the Lord moves forward without hesitation. Truly, these situations present a challenge to the district, testing our faith, unity, and commitment. Yet in the midst of uncertainty, we are reminded to keep our trust firmly in God.
As it is written, โ€œNot by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,โ€ says the Lord (Zechariah 4:6). This truth encourages us to rely not on our own strength or abilities, but on His sustaining grace. Whatever trials we face, we press on with confidence, knowing that God is in control.

This is one of the heaviest realities within the church~what we call "The Graduation Exit. "We thought, only diploma was taken, but that's it, even the commitment to the local church "finished" too.

Why is it that when they already have a salary and a title, they suddenly become "Stranger" in their own home church?

๐Ÿ. ๐€๐ง๐  "๐๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฒ-๐ง๐ž๐ฌ๐ฌ" ๐š๐ฌ ๐š ๐’๐ญ๐š๐ญ๐ฎ๐ฌ ๐’๐ฒ๐ฆ๐›๐จ๐ฅ
When it's professional, many feel that the excuse to be absent is "valid". We make being busy our identity. "Sunday" that used to be for ministry, has now become "Laundry and Rest Day". We forget that work is the Lord's provision, but it should not replace the Lord's Position in our lives.

2. The "Level Up" Mindset (Spiritual Mismatch)
Sometimes, when what we have reached in this world (been Manager, Engineer, or Doctor), we suddenly feel that the local church is "small". We are looking for a church that is also more "professional", or maybe we feel like we haven't gained anything new from the Pastor's teaching that has seen us grow. That's called Spiritual Pride wrapped in "Growth. "

๐Ÿ‘. ๐…๐ข๐ง๐š๐ง๐œ๐ข๐š๐ฅ ๐ˆ๐ง๐๐ž๐ฉ๐ž๐ง๐๐ž๐ง๐œ๐ž = ๐…๐š๐ฅ๐ฌ๐ž ๐ˆ๐ง๐๐ž๐ฉ๐ž๐ง๐๐ž๐ง๐œ๐ž
When I was still a student, I ran to the Lord (and to my sisters/brothers) when there was no allowance. But when we have our own money, we feel that we can provide everything for ourselves. We will no longer feel the "need" to the Lord because we can already pay for our comfort. Buying good food, but forgetting the Bread of Life.

4. Burnout from "Over-serving" in Youth
Many Youths have become "all-around" in the church: they are the Multimedia, they are the Worship Team, and they are the Ushers. When it comes to the professional world, they're tired. Instead of still serving, they just want to be "viewer" or "consumer. "They forget that ministry is not a job but a service of love.

5. The "Just be a pastor" Mentality (Revisited)
Because of the world's low view of ministry (which is only the last option), when a young person becomes a "Professional", he/she feels he/she is "higher" in church work. He is shy to sweep the church or set up a chair because he is already a "Manager" in his company.

A Reminder for Professionals:

Brother, your title before your name (Engr, Dr, Atty, Teacher) is just temporary. But your title as "Child of God" is eternal.

The real success is not when you graduated and became professional; the real success is when you remained faithful even though you have many reasons to leave.
