August 22, 2026 โ The pilot testing of OneVoice27, carrying the theme โAll Things New: Hope Starts Here,โ was successfully conducted today at East Visayan Adventist Academy, bringing together nearly 700 delegates from churches across the East Visayan Adventist Conference.
The gathering served as a demonstration of the Gideon 300 and Digital Strategy, equipping church members with practical approaches to participate in the OneVoice27 movement. Delegates were tasked to replicate the strategies in their respective local churches as part of the preparation for the Global Launching on September 5, 2026.
The program featured a series of lectures and presentations from guest speakers, including Pastor Segundino Asoy, SSD-SSPM Director, and Pastor Jonbye Romanillos, ECPUC Communication Director, who emphasized the importance of every individual in advancing the mission of OneVoice27.
Pastor Asoy highlighted the power of personal involvement, particularly in the ministry of Bible study and reaching individuals for Christ. He emphasized that every person has a role to play in the movement and encouraged participants to recognize the value of reaching even one soul.
โThe work done thoroughly for one soul is done for many,โ Pastor Asoy said, underscoring the beauty of Total Member Involvement in the mission of the Church.
Meanwhile, Pastor Romanillos emphasized the growing role of social media and digital platforms in sharing the gospel. He encouraged participants to utilize their phones and social media accounts as strategic tools to create a positive digital presence and spread the message of โAll Things New.โ
The speakers also demonstrated how digital strategies can complement traditional evangelistic efforts, encouraging church members to become intentional in using technology to connect with people and share Bible-based messages of hope.
The event concluded with the distribution of commitment cards to field pastors, symbolizing the delegatesโ commitment to carry the OneVoice27 mission into their respective churches and communities. A closing prayer led by Pastor Salloman sealed the gathering and commissioned participants for the work ahead.
Adding a visual highlight to the event, delegates formed the โOV27โ formation on the ground, captured through an aerial view as a symbol of their unity and shared commitment to the movement.
