The Feast of Pentecost, also known as the Feast of First fruits, reminds us that God has not left us without help, but has given us His Holy Spirit. What began as a harvest celebration 🌾 became the moment when the Holy Spirit was poured out with power and the Church began to grow.

We celebrate this Holy Day as a reminder of the first fruits God is calling today, while looking forward to the greater harvest to come, when all humanity will have the opportunity to know Him and receive His Spirit.

Happy Sabbath everyone! 💛 As we count down these last days to the Feast of Pentecost, may we remember that God is transforming us through His Spirit and making us new in Christ.

“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come. The old has gone, the new is here!” - 2 Corinthians 5:17 | NIV 📖

Wishing you all a peaceful and blessed Sabbath!

What does Pentecost reveal about the first fruits in God’s plan? This BT Bible study explores the meaning of the first fruits and how Pentecost 🌾 points to a greater spiritual harvest to come.

This is part 6 in the Bible study series: Let Us Keep the Feasts. Is it possible that God is only dealing with a few people today? Happy Sabbath brethren! Romans 12:2 reminds us to “be transformed by the renewing of your mind.” Just as a caterpillar is transformed into a butterfly 🦋, God changes us from the inside out when we stay close to Him.

May God renew your mind, strengthen your heart, and draw you closer to Him this Sabbath.

God can still bring redemption through pain, even when some wounds never stop feeling heavy and some tragedies should never feel normal. In a world shaped by human brokenness and destruction, He is still working toward the day when this suffering system is replaced by His Kingdom, where darkness no longer thrives and suffering is no more.

Beyond Today Magazine: May–June 2026

Individual human beings and the whole world are in desperate need of rescue, having sunk into the engulfing consequences of sin. Many today do not even know what sin is, but it’s at the root of our problems. Sin is the violation of God’s law—and it robs us of the blessings God wants to give us, bringing on us terrible penalties, leading ultimately to death. Yet we need not despair, for God provides the lifeline out—through repentance, the sacrifice of Jesus Christ and the transforming power of the Holy Spirit.

Expanding this theme, we examine society’s downward pull and the need to resist, global instability fueled by false religion, and the meaning of the biblical Feast of Firstfruits, Pentecost, in God’s plan to ultimately restore the world. It’s vital that we all actively grasp God’s help—growing in faith, overcoming sin and pressing forward toward lasting freedom and salvation.

Wishing you all a Happy Sabbath! ❤️ As the sun sets and we step away from the work of the week, let us quiet our minds, and reflect on what God is doing within us.

What truly lasts? The Bible gives a clear answer: “Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will by no means pass away” (Matthew 24:35).

The world today is passing away. Societies shift, governments rise and fall, and institutions do not endure. But God’s Word endures forever, and those who live by it will remain. The real question is, are we focusing on what lasts?
