The Association of Fundamental Baptist Churches of the Philippines (AFBCP) held its first-ever Regional Pastors' Congress in Mindanao, hosted by the Northern Mindanao Pastors, Bible Women, & Workers Association, last April 27-29, 2026.

More than 300 Pastors and Workers all over Mindanao converged and gathered at Bethel Baptist Church, Malaybalay City, Bukidnon, for a 3-day conference with the theme, THRIVE. This was a fitting follow-up to our Biennial Conference theme.

The conference was well-attended, with our AFBCP Council Members sharing from the Word of God. The topics were as follows:

Thriving at Home (Family): Rev. Eddie Rayos
Thriving in our Resources (Stewardship): Rev. Mark Mauricio
Thriving in our Relationships (Handling Conflicts): Rev. Rodolfo Alamer
Thriving in our Purpose (Missions): Rev. Spencer John Gequillana
Thriving in Faith (Theology to Doxology): Rev. Xaris Mari Fidel

We are looking forward to our next Regional Pastors' Congress in Luzon, in October of this year. To God be the glory!
