"Covering the world with the Gospel" has been Grace Baptist Church's vision, with the purpose of reaching the whole world with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. While this vision may seem impossible, we are reminded that with God, nothing shall be impossible. By God's grace, we have been given a glimpse of this vision becoming a reality as we witness the fruit of the ministry in Vietnam.
Last March 29, 2026, we were once again blessed by the presence of Ptr. Arnold Espino and his family. This time, they were accompanied by a group of Vietnamese who came to attend the annual Youth Camp.
That same evening, Bro. Le Nguyen Quang Minh (Silas), a fruit of Ptr. Arnold's ministry, was the special speaker. He challenged everyone to step up and be used for God's glory. He emphasized the importance of recognizing how much of a sinner we are and how holy God is. From this realization comes true repentance, followed by cleansing; and with that, we should be willing to step up and be used as a vessel that is pleasing to God.
On the following Sunday, on April 5, 2026, Ptr. Arnold Espino delivered a message about the kind of love that God hates, which is loving the world, and how, as Christians, we ought to hate the same thing. He emphasized that we cannot claim to be saved and yet enjoy worldly pleasures, but rather we ought to focus on loving and serving God.
'Twas a blessing to see and hear from Ptr. Arnold, our long-time missionary, and Bro. Silas, the fruit of his ministry, along with the Vietnamese group. Truly, missions is the heartbeat of God, and this event encouraged the members to give more through their faith promise giving.
