In cherished remembrance of Alicia M. Azura
April 17, 1943 – August 11, 2026
Today, we honor a life marked by faith, kindness, and unwavering devotion to God and His Church. Mrs. Alicia M. Azura was among the pioneering members of Balangkayan Church of the Nazarene, faithfully serving the Lord and helping lay the foundation of a ministry that continues to impact lives today. Through decades of steadfast commitment, prayer, and service, she became a pillar of the church and a living testimony of God's faithfulness across generations.
Her life was deeply woven into the story of the church's growth and ministry. As one of its pioneers, she dedicated herself to the work of the Kingdom, nurturing the faith of many and leaving behind a legacy of perseverance, humility, and Christlike love. She also faithfully served alongside her husband, Rev. Stephen C. Azura, the first pastor of Balangkayan Church of the Nazarene, sharing in the vision and mission that helped establish and strengthen the church in its earliest years.
Though our hearts grieve her passing, we find comfort in the promise of Christ and in the enduring impact of a life devoted to His service.
