As we enter the sacred season of Lent 2026, the Archdiocesan Shrine of the Blessed Sacrament invites all the faithful to journey with the Lord in prayer, sacrifice, and renewal.

Lent is a time to return to the Heart of Jesus truly present in the Most Blessed Sacrament. In silence and adoration, in confession and Holy Mass, we allow Him to transform our hearts and prepare us for the joy of Easter.

Join us in our Lenten activities as we walk together in faith.

Let us make this season a meaningful offering to the Lord. May our fasting deepen our hunger for God, our prayer strengthen our hope, and our charity reflect His love.

We look forward to praying with you at the Archdiocesan Shrine of the Blessed Sacrament.

Today we joyfully celebrate the 215th birthday of Saint Peter Julian Eymard, patron saint of our parish and founder of the Congregation of the Blessed Sacrament.

Born in France in 1811, Saint Peter Julian Eymard was a priest deeply in love with the Holy Eucharist. He dedicated his life to making Jesus truly present in the Blessed Sacrament known, loved, and adored. In 1856, he founded the Congregation of the Blessed Sacrament to promote Eucharistic adoration and to help people grow closer to Christ through the Eucharist. He was canonized a saint in 1962 and is remembered as the Apostle of the Eucharist.

May his life of faith, humility, and burning love for the Blessed Sacrament inspire our parish community to deepen our devotion and service.
