Is AI Smarter Than God?

Scripture:

Awit 139:1

Observation:

In a span of just a few years, we have seen how AI or artificial intelligence is transforming our society. Hindi lang nito kayang mag-drawing at magsulat; it can also predict and learn our shopping and listening habits. And as of today, people use AI as a coach, consultant, and counselor.

While AI can predict our buying patterns, it cannot know what our hearts truly desire. Kaya man ng AI mag-analyze ng data, it will never know the motives behind our choices, or the pain behind our smiles. AI seems to be powerful, but it does have limitations in what it can do.

God, however, knows it all. God doesn’t need a search history or algorithm to know you. Kilala ka Niya — before you were even born. He knows what is true in your heart. This is the idea behind Psalm 139. This song tells us that God knows our thoughts, our motives, and our destinies. Even before words come out of our mouths, God understands. He understands us because He made us. He knows our end from the beginning. And He created us in love. He does not have artificial intelligence; He has All-knowing Intelligence.

AI can only respond to what we put in, but God knows the deepest part of our being. AI can help us solve some of our problems, but only God can offer hope, redemption, and renewed perspective in life.

If you are going through something difficult in your life, don’t ask ChatGPT first. God, the Holy Spirit, is available. He can guide us and lead us in the right direction. Trust Him completely.

Application:

Hindi mo kailangan ng subscription to ask wisdom from the Lord. You can always come to Him through prayer and reading His Word.

🙏 Prayer:

Lord Holy Spirit, help me trust in Your wisdom for my everyday problems and worries. Amen.

Goodmorning everyone!
Happy Sunday! See you later!

Devotion of the day: Feb 21, 2026

Paano Mo Masasabing Napatawad Mo Na?

Scripture:

On our own, mahirap magpatawad.

Thank God, forgiveness is His initiative. While we were still sinners, Jesus Christ died for our sins (Romans 5:8). Noong hindi pa man tayo mulat na makasalanan tayo. Noong hindi pa man tayo nagsisisi at humihingi ng kapatawaran. Kaya kung tinanggap mo na si Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, marapat nating sundin ang utos Niya na magpatawad tayo tulad ng pagpapatawad ng Diyos sa atin (Colossians 3:13).

It’s a command.

It’s a decision. Forgiveness is a decision to forgive regardless of your feelings and memory and embracing the richness of God’s grace in Christ Jesus.

Application:

In your journal, list the names of more people God is bringing to your mind to forgive. List what they did to you and how it affected you. Repeat the prayer below.

🙏 Prayer:

Please increase my faith and continuously give me grace to forgive (name of person) for (what was done to you). Heal me from the pain and use this for our good. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.

Goodmorning everyone!
Ingat and God Bless! 🙏☺️

Baka Ikaw ang Daan

Scripture:

Mateo 5:16

Observation:

“Isang kahig, isang tuka.” Each time she’s in school, she can’t help but remember her dream — ang makapagtapos ng pag-aaral.

These books rekindled Jenilyn’s desire to finish school. But her mind was filled with doubts as she wondered, “Sa kalagayan ko ngayon, paano?”

One night, her employer took notice. It was only then that Jenilyn’s employer learned of her dream to go back to school. A few weeks later, to her surprise, her employer enrolled her in the Alternative Learning System (ALS) ng Department of Education. Sa ngayon, graduate na si Jenilyn, who is now in her 20s. She has developed skills and knowledge that qualified her for an office job.

If not for the generosity and compassion of that mommy in the fetchers’ area, and her employer who allowed her to study while working, baka hindi na nabago ang buhay ni Jenilyn. Thanks to people like them who became channels through which another person achieved her dreams.

How about you? Are you willing to be a channel of blessing too?

Application:

Look around you and see if there is any need that you can help meet.

🙏 Prayer:

Dear Father, thank You for blessing me all the time. Make me sensitive enough to recognize Your prompting whenever You want me to touch the lives of others. Give me a compassionate heart as You use me to remind others of Your love.

Goodmorning everyone!
Ingat and God Bless!🙏☺️

How to be Fruitful Po?

Scripture:

Just like this tree, God placed the right people in your life to help you to be fruitful.

Meron ka bang pinagdaraanan and you feel alone right now? That is a lie from the enemy! He sends people to protect and encourage you every step of the way. You just have to identify them as you sit down and think kung paano sila ginagamit ni God to uplift your spirit.

Application:

🙏 Prayer:

Panginoon, maraming salamat po that You always have me in mind. Lagi Ninyong ipinaparamdam sa akin na buhay Kayo through the people that You send my way. Amen.

Goodmorning everyone!

The Secret to Happiness

Scripture:

When asked about why they’re so excited to get their hands on the product, ang kadalasang sagot nila is simply because they want it.

Hindi lang sa cellphones, shoes, bags, or cars, but in general, people tend to want more. Kahit hindi naman masama to dream of something bigger, if left unchecked, puwede itong magbigay sa atin ng negative effects — envy, bitterness, sadness, and dissatisfaction. It may even come to a point na kahit makuha natin ang mga gusto natin, mapapatanong tayo kung bakit parang hindi pa rin tayo masaya.

The truth is, kahit ikaw pa ang pinakamayamang tao sa mundo, the world will never be able to give you true happiness. Dahil ang tunay na kasiyahan comes from a contented heart filled with the love of Jesus.

Ganito ang contentment na naranasan ni Paul as he shared in Philippians 4:11–13. Kahit pa makaranas siya ng paghihirap, he was truly happy dahil kuntento siya sa kung ano ang meron siya.

When we are content, we no longer worry about the future. Just like what David said sa Psalm 23:1 (NLT), “The Lord is my shepherd, I have all that I need.”

Application:

Instead of looking at what you don’t have, cultivate a grateful heart by listing down the blessings in your life right now. Gawin ito before each day ends and thank the Lord always.

🙏 Prayer:

I lay down all my dreams and needs before You. I trust that what I have right now is Your perfect provision for me. Amen.

Goodmorning everyone!
Enjoy your day! God Bless🙏☺️

Fake News

Scripture:

Mateo 28:12–13

Observation:

Exchange your pair of old shoes for a new one at this store. Offer good while supplies last,” ang sabi sa Facebook post. Excited much, you rushed to the mall dala ang luma mong sapatos. But the sales clerk told you, “Ay, sorry po. Wala pong old shoes-new shoes exchange promo ang store.” Huh?! Nasayang ang time and effort mo! Feeling mo, nabiktima ka. Yes, nabiktima ka nga — ng fake news.

If we are not careful, it is so easy to fall into the trap of believing everything that we read or hear about. Some people try to wrap their fake news in shiny wrapping paper, trying to pass it off as a gift. Tayo naman, excited matanggap at mabuksan ito. Before we realize what’s really inside, it’s too late. Napaniwala na tayo. What we thought was a gift has become a curse.

In Jesus’ time, after He resurrected, ni-report ng ilang guards sa chief priests kung ano ang nangyari. The tomb was empty. Jesus rose from the dead! But “when the chief priests had met with the elders and devised a plan, they gave the soldiers a large sum of money, telling them, “You are to say, ‘His disciples came during the night and stole him away while we were asleep’” (Matthew 28:12-13, NIV). Sadly, this fake news about Jesus is still being circulated among the Jews today. Dahil naniniwala sila sa fake news, they cannot accept Jesus as the True Messiah.

Are you a sharer or believer of fake news? Be neither. Instead, stand up for the truth.

Application:

If you come across fake news being shared on social media, send a private message to the people na nagpakalat nito to lovingly correct them. Most probably, hindi rin nila alam na fake news pala ito so be gentle with them. Ikaw naman, be extra careful and don’t let yourself be the source or sharer of fake news.

🙏 Prayer:

Dear Jesus, You are the Way, the TRUTH, and the Life. Help me to always recognize the truth from the lies.

Goodmorning everyone!
Ingat and God Bless!🙏☺️

Leave It All Behind

Scripture:

Pero one thing is for sure.

Is there a silent voice in your heart na tinatawag kang iwan ang iyong comfort zone o magsakripisyo para sa glory ni Lord? Puwedeng ito ay pagbabago ng career, pagdo-donate for a cause, or pagtalikod sa isang bagay na alam mong hindi pleasing sa Panginoon. Willing ka bang iwan ito? Balikan ang example ni Matthew. Between Jesus at lahat ng kanyang earthly riches, Matthew chose the right thing to leave behind.

Application:

Tinatawag ka ba ni Jesus to do something na parang illogical? Basahin ang Matthew 9:9–13. Pray for courage na sumunod at i-let go ang mga bagay na gusto Niyang bitawan mo.

🙏 Prayer:

May I be ready to leave everything behind and follow You. Amen.

Goodmorning everyone!
Ingat and God Bless! ☺️🙏

Braving the New Season

Scripture:

Observation:

Na-experience mo na bang magkaroon ng answered prayer, like for a job, and after so many years of doing what God has called you to do, biglang may bagong opportunity na nabuksan para sa iyo? Then you ask yourself, “Paano ako aalis kung dito ako inilagay ng Panginoon?” Well, maybe it is time to enter a new season.

Hindi mo rin alam if strict or accommodating ba ang new teachers mo. Thinking about all these things could fill you with jitters especially on your first day at your new school. But you can’t back down because there’s no way to go but up.

Or it could be moving into a new place far away from home. Anuman ang bagong season mo, dahil lagi kang handang i-fulfill ang purpose ng Diyossa buhay mo, then you are assured that He is doing this for your own good. Kahit pa nakakakaba ang future, He will be with you every step of the way. Be brave!

Application:

Pray for it and prepare your heart for what He is about to do.

🙏 Prayer:

Lord, I come to You right now and surrender my heart to You. Re-align my desires to Your will because I want to follow You more than anything else. Direct my path, Lord. In Jesus‘ name, I pray. Amen.

Goodmorning Happy Sunday!
See you!☺️😁🙏

Devotion of the day:

Araw-Araw ang Hearts’ Day

Scripture:

Valentine’s Day often brings a mix of excitement and pressure sa marami sa atin. Kaliwa’t kanan ang promos, decor, and events to celebrate this romantic day.

Love is not just about feeling good. True love, as the Bible teaches, is sacrificial. At ang nagpakita ng best example of love? Our Lord and Savior, Jesus.

Kapag binasa natin ang tungkol sa buhay ni Jesus, we see love demonstrated in every action, every miracle, and ultimately, in His sacrifice on the cross. Jesus loved people not just with words, but through His actions. Ipinakita Niya ang tunay na pag-ibig by serving others, forgiving those who hurt Him, and putting others’ needs before His own.

This same love na ibinigay ni Jesus sa atin inspires us to love others, too. Ang sabi sa 1 Corinthians 16:14 (ESV), “Let all that you do be done in love.” This verse invites us to live out love in all aspects of our lives — in the way we treat our family, friends, or even strangers.

With God’s unconditional love filling our hearts, we will also be naturally doing things out of love. Single ka man or in a relationship, puwede mong i-celebrate ang Hearts’ Day araw-araw because God’s love never runs out.

Application:

List the names of three people in your life na bihira mong maparamdaman ng pagmamahal. They could be the security guard at your office, suking tindera, or a classmate na hindi mo ka-close. Ask God for ways on how you can show that person your care.

🙏 Prayer:

Lord, help me to reflect Your unconditional love in my actions, serving others and forgiving freely. May Your love fill my heart so I can share it with others. Amen.

Enjoy your day and God Bless!🙏

Devotion of the day:

Liwanag Sa Dilim

Scripture:

Awit 119:105

Observation:

The rising cost of living is a challenge we all face. With no end in sight, we are groping in the dark as to where it will lead us. But we do not have to navigate life in the dark. We have the Word of God that will light our path (Psalm 119:105). With enough light in our life’s journey, we will see the direction to where God is leading us.

For Evelyn who had just been rejected by the man she loved, the statement moved her to tears.

“Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart” (Hebrews 4:12, NIV).

God’s Word gives all the answers we need in life. It is never outdated because God is the same faithful God, yesterday, today, and forever.

God’s Word is true and He never lies. He keeps His promises and His Word guides us. Totoo, there is power in God’s Word!

Application:

Amen.

Goodmorning everyone!
Ingat palagi and enjoy your day! God Bless!🙏☺️
