𝗛𝗮𝗽𝗽𝘆 𝗣𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿'𝘀 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵

October is 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫'𝐬 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡, a time to honor and express gratitude for our dedicated pastors. We can reflect on Hebrews 13:17: "Have confidence in your leaders and submit to their authority, because they keep watching over you as those who must give an account." This verse reminds us of the vital role pastors play in our spiritual lives. Let's honor 𝗣𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗪𝗶𝗹𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗟. 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗰, 𝗣𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗲 𝗩. 𝗠𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗼, 𝗣𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗛𝗮𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗘. 𝗠𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗮𝘀, 𝗣𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗩𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗺𝗼𝗿 𝗠. 𝙒𝙤𝙧𝙙 𝙤𝙛 𝙂𝙤𝙙

𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐇𝐚𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐝 𝐄. 𝐌𝐚𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐬 delivered a powerful message titled "𝙂𝙊𝘿 𝙆𝙉𝙊𝙒𝙎," focusing on 𝐄𝐱𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐬 𝟑:𝟕, which highlights God's awareness of Israel's suffering. He emphasized three key points:

𝟏. 𝐆𝐨𝐝 𝐒𝐞𝐞𝐬: God observes every situation, reminding believers that true success is measured by faith, not wealth (Hebrews 4:14).

𝟐. 𝐆𝐨𝐝 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬: God listens to prayers and cries for help, urging individuals to maintain hope and trust in His timing (John 11:41).

𝟑. 𝐆𝐨𝐝 𝐢𝐬 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠: Even in silence, God is active behind the scenes, assuring that He knows when to intervene (Jeremiah 29:11-14).

Pastor Harold encouraged faith and perseverance, reinforcing that God is always present in our struggles.

Pastor Wilson Maloc's message emphasizes the importance of acknowledging God as the source of all things and communicating with Him through His Word.

The key points are:
We come into this world with nothing and leave it the same way, highlighting our dependence on God throughout our lives.

Immersing ourselves in the study and meditation of God's Word, like feasting on spiritual food, nourishes our souls and spirits.

All we have and all we are comes from the Lord, which should lead us to a posture of gratitude and worship.

Opening the Bible opens the gates of heaven, allowing us to engage in direct communication with God, which can bring comfort, guidance, and strength.

Recognizing God's abundant provision and grace should lead to a heart of thanksgiving and worship.

By embracing these truths, we can live lives of gratitude, worship, and dependence on the Lord.

Great character is always right, even through pain and pressure.

As believers, we will all stand before the judgment seat of Christ to give an account of our lives. This judgment is not about condemnation but about rewards and recognition from God. It is a time of examination and reward, where we will be evaluated based on our works, the motives of our hearts, and our service to the Lord.

God will judge us according to our words, motives, and works. Our words will either justify or condemn us. The motives of our hearts will also be scrutinized, as God looks at the intentions behind our actions. Our works, both good and bad, will be evaluated, and we will receive what is due to us.

The judgment seat of Christ is a place of testing and reward, not condemnation. It is a time to receive crowns and recognition for our faithful service. However, it is also a time to discover that we have neglected opportunities to serve the Lord.

In light of this truth, it is imperative that we frequently examine our hearts and make necessary changes. We must live each day with an awareness of the judgment seat of Christ, striving to serve the Lord faithfully and build with materials that will last.

Great character, even in the face of pain and pressure, is always right. As we anticipate the judgment seat of Christ, let us be diligent in our service, pure in our motives, and wise in our words, so that we may receive the rewards promised to those who overcome the world by faith.

In the ever-changing landscape of our world, it is crucial that we, as believers, ground our lives on the solid foundation of our faith in God. The passage from Matthew 7:24-27 reminds us of the importance of building our lives on the rock of Christ, rather than the shifting sands of worldly pursuits.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐢𝐭𝐟𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐀𝐯𝐨𝐢𝐝

As we seek to live out our faith, there are several traps we must be wary of:

𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧: Our faith should not be reduced to mere religious practices, but a deep, personal relationship with God.

𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐲: While financial stability is important, we must not let the pursuit of wealth become the driving force in our lives.

𝐏𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞: Though we need community and support, we cannot place our ultimate trust in other human beings.

𝐌𝐚𝐧-𝐦𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬: We must be discerning and ensure that our beliefs and actions are rooted in the truth of God's Word, not in the fleeting wisdom of the world.

𝐒𝐞𝐥𝐟-𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞: We must acknowledge our need for God and resist the temptation to rely solely on our own strength and abilities.

𝐄𝐦𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
God desires to build the right foundation in our lives, molding us and guiding us to find our true purpose in Him. By surrendering our lives to the Lord, we can experience the abundant life He has promised (John 10:10).

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐆𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐋𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐫𝐝
𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐰𝐞 𝐠𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐫𝐝, 𝐰𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐭𝐨:

𝐄𝐧𝐣𝐨𝐲 𝐋𝐢𝐟𝐞: As we align our lives with God's will, we find true and lasting joy (Psalm 64:10).

𝐁𝐞 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐝: God's love and grace have the power to heal our wounds and restore our souls.

𝐁𝐞 𝐁𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐟𝐮𝐥: God's definition of success may differ from the world's, but He promises to bless those who seek Him first (Matthew 6:33).

𝐁𝐞 𝐚 𝐁𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠: As we live for God, we can become a blessing to others and a reflection of His love.

𝐁𝐞 𝐄𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐝: By placing our trust in Christ, we can have the assurance of eternal life (John 11:25-26).

𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐠𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐧 𝐅𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐡
Sometimes, even as believers, we can find ourselves stuck in a rut, unable to grow in our faith. The five reasons for this include:

𝐋𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐨𝐟 𝐊𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐥𝐞𝐝𝐠𝐞: We must diligently study God's Word to grow in our understanding of Him.

𝐈𝐠𝐧𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐆𝐨𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐥: We need to have a deep grasp of the transformative power of the good news of Jesus Christ.

𝐅𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐑𝐞𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: We must overcome the fear of what others might think and boldly live out our faith.

𝐅𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐀𝐜𝐭: We must not only know what is right but also have the courage to put it into practice.

𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐢𝐧: We must repent and turn away from any sinful patterns in our lives, allowing God to transform us.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐚𝐭𝐡 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝
To overcome these challenges and grow in our faith, we must:

𝐋𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐨/𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐆𝐨𝐝
: Immerse ourselves in the life-giving truth of Scripture.

𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩 𝐚𝐧 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐆𝐨𝐝: Cultivate a deep, personal connection with the Lord through prayer and communication.

𝐎𝐛𝐞𝐲 𝐇𝐢𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬: Put our faith into action by living according to God's will.

As we embrace these principles, may our faith grow strong and unwavering, like a mustard seed that blossoms into a mighty tree (Matthew 17:20). Let us be a people who stand firm on the rock of Christ, unshaken by the storms of this world.

The BEREANS were more noble than those in THESSALONICA, in that they receive the Word with all readiness of mind & Search the scriptures daily, whether those things were so. Therefore many of them believed, also of honorable women we were greeks and of men not of a few

They respect preachers like Paul. They did listen and examined it and comparing to the old testament writings.

- they have fair treatment, no immature judgement.

They searched the Scriptures daily ("KATA") means inspection beyond respect. Every aspect of the matter is scrutinized thus every hour of everyday is precious and maximize wisely.
