HAPPY & BLESSED FIRST SUNDAY OF THE MONTH! 🤍

A new month begins with another opportunity to gather, worship, and grow in the presence of God. Today, we are reminded that loving God also means loving and honoring the people He has called to serve His Church.

LOVING GOD, LOVING PEOPLE
Honoring and Supporting God’s Servants

Honoring God’s servants means recognizing those whom God has called and appointed to lead, shepherd, and care for His people. It is about respecting their God-given calling and supporting the responsibility entrusted to them.

WHY IS IT IMPORTANT TO HONOR AND SUPPORT GOD’S SERVANTS?

I. Because Their Calling Comes From God
📖 Genesis 12:1–4

God is the One who calls and sends His servants. Their calling is not simply a position, but a responsibility entrusted to them according to His purpose.

II. Because Pastors Are Gifts to the Church and Are Appointed to Shepherd His People
📖 Ephesians 4:11–13

God gives pastors and leaders to His Church to shepherd, teach, equip, encourage, and guide His people in their faith.

III. Because Pastors Are Chosen According to the Heart of God
📖 Jeremiah 3:15

God appoints shepherds to care for His people and lead them according to His wisdom and purpose.

HOW DO WE HONOR AND SUPPORT GOD’S SERVANTS?

• By Supporting and Respecting Them
We honor God’s servants by appreciating their dedication, supporting their ministry, and respecting the responsibility God has entrusted to them.

• By Obeying Them
📖 Hebrews 13:17

• By Recognizing and Appreciating Their Service

God does not place pastors in the Church by accident. He calls them, appoints them, and entrusts them with the sacred responsibility of shepherding His people.

Let us honor their calling, pray for them, encourage them, and faithfully support the work God has entrusted to them. As a Church, may we protect our unity and continue to take part in the mission God has given us.

Dahil ang isang iglesiang marunong kumilala sa tawag ng Diyos, gumagalang sa Kanyang mga lingkod, at sumusuporta sa Kanyang gawain ay handang makiisa sa layunin ng Diyos.

KNOW HIS VOICE.
TRUST HIS LEADING.
FOLLOW HIS WORD.

“My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me.”
— John 10:27

The closer we walk with God, the more familiar His voice becomes.

📖 1 Kings 11:1–4
The Life Entrusted by God: The Life of Solomon

A life entrusted by God should be taken seriously. We should always be available and committed when it comes to the work of the Lord.

Solomon started with wisdom and faithfulness, but because of compromise, he slowly wandered away from God. Just like anay—it starts small and hidden until, little by little, it destroys something.

Almost every compromise starts as a small one.

Solomon asked God for wisdom, but he failed to guard his heart. He started compromising, and that compromise slowly became the beginning of his distance from God.

There are many things we rush into because we think they will bring peace or happiness. But rushing into the wrong relationship can lead to consequences we never expected.

“Being late with the right person is better than rushing with the wrong person.”

Marriage is not about age or simply reaching a certain point in life. What matters is being ready and staying faithful to God.

Solomon experienced being faithful at the beginning, but he did not continue to guard his heart. His compromise eventually led him away from God.

May we learn to start faithfully, remain faithful, and finish well.

📖 Ecclesiastes 12:13–14

Solomon was known for his great wisdom, wealth, and influence. Yet, after experiencing so much in life, he came to understand that everything apart from God is ultimately meaningless.

The things we love and value materially will eventually be left behind. What matters most is how we live before God and whether we remain faithful to Him until the end.

Start with God. Guard your heart. Stay faithful. Finish well. 💙

Five years of YASIM GHTA Outreach Bible Study San Isidro—five years of sharing His Word, reaching hearts, and growing together in faith.

What God started five years ago, He has faithfully sustained—not by our strength, but by His grace.

With grateful hearts, we thank God for every life He has touched, every lesson He has taught, and every blessing He has given throughout these five years.

Five years of His grace, and we look forward to all that He will do next. 🙏🏻

Stewarding Life for God’s Glory 🤍

Scripture: Ephesians 5:15–17

What is Steward?
A steward is someone who takes care of something that belongs to someone else. As Christians, everything we have comes from God—our life, time, abilities, opportunities, relationships, and resources.

The question is: Am I being faithful with what God has given me?

1. WALK WISELY
“A faithful steward understands that every part of life matters to God.”

How we spend our time matters. How we treat people matters. How we use our abilities, make decisions, and serve God matters. We are called to be careful in how we live and to trust the Lord instead of depending only on our own understanding. (Proverbs 3:5–6)

2. REDEEM THE TIME
“Redeeming the time” means making the most of every opportunity God gives us.

A faithful steward does not waste the time God has given. We can waste it through distractions, laziness, wrong priorities, procrastination, too much entertainment, unnecessary arguments, and things that have no eternal value. We don’t have to wait for the perfect time to serve God. (Psalm 90:12)

3. SEEK GOD’S WILL
A person can be intelligent and still be spiritually unwise. True wisdom is knowing what God wants and obeying Him.

God’s will should guide our decisions, priorities, relationships, service, time, resources, and future. A faithful steward surrenders his plans to God’s purposes.

CONCLUSION
Let us walk wisely, redeem the time, and seek God’s will. Faithfulness is measured by what we do with what God has entrusted to us.

We cannot control how many days God will give us, but we can choose to be faithful with the days He has given us.

“Well done, thou good and faithful servant.” — Matthew 25:21

Let us be faithful with our time, talents, opportunities, resources, relationships, and calling, and steward our lives for the glory of God.
