God invites us into partnership with Him, giving us the privilege to be part of His greater purpose. When we surrender our plans, talents, and ordinary days to Him, our lives become instruments of something bigger than ourselves.

BIBLICAL PROSPERITY - 2

Prosperity is not the problem. The question is: Who is getting the glory?

Many people view this message on prosperity negatively because they lack understanding of Biblical Prosperity. That is why Pastor Simon placed such emphasis on this topic because true prosperity when aligned in God’s Word is part of His desire to see His people grow, succeed and prosper.

Know that God is not against our success. He simply wants to be at the center of it.

First God wants to be in partnership with man.
- God is seeking for partners here on earth where He can work with them and through them.

Philippians 2:13 NLT
“For God is working in you, giving you the desire and the power to do what pleases him.”

It’s such a comfort to know that God is the One working in us and empowering us to do good works that make Him happy. And because He is a good Father, we can also trust that He delights in seeing His children well provided for and prospering in the work, the businesses, and enjoying the blessings He has prepared for them.

Second, we have to believe that we are bound to have a good future.
- This is the part where we take the step of faith and act on the vision God had placed in our hearts.
Remember that vision is God’s revelation of our future.

Proverbs 29:18 NKJV
“Where there is no revelation, the people cast off restraint; But happy is he who keeps the law.”

Pastor Simon concluded with a question that invites us to check our hearts.

What is your goal?

Why do you want to achieve success?
Is it simply to have more, or is it to become more of who God created you to be?

What is your goal in the marketplace?
Is it only to make a profit, or is it to use what God has given you to be a blessing to others?

At the end of the day, our prosperity is not measured only by what we have but by who we become and who receives the glory.
