Diocese of Surigao | Altar Server Ministry – Our Lady of Fatima Parish 🩵

We invite all eligible young men to be part of this meaningful ministry of service and faith! ✝️✨

✅ QUALIFICATIONS:
• Strictly MALE, aged 12 years old and above
• Received the Sacraments of Baptism and First Holy Communion in the Roman Catholic Church

📋 REQUIREMENTS:
• Baptismal Certificate
• First Holy Communion Certificate / Proof of Reception
• Must be male, 12 years old and above

📌 NOTE:
Please bring all requirements on the scheduled date of orientation/seminar — schedule to be announced soon!
