I know that you are loved by our loving Heavenly Father, He desires our happiness here. Through his begotten son Jesus Christ, we all can go back to our Heavenly Father's presence and live with our loved ones forever as we are faithful.

I know that families can be together forever, and families are a gift God.

I know that the Book of Mormon is true. As you read, ponder, apply the thing that you've read there.

I know that you'll be blessed both spiritual and temporal things.

Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ loves you deeply, and so I do in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

Angenette and I first met in 2022 during the YSA Conference. We continued seeing each other in 2023 when we attended zone conferences while preparing to serve missions.

When we were in the mission field, we didn’t have any updates from each other.

Then in 2025, after our missionary service and before the MYSA Conference, I saw her in the hallway of the chapel and we talked. A couple of months later, FSY training started, and we attended the training together. That’s when I started courting her.

On November 28, 2025, we had a video call while doing our Book of Mormon study. That day, she said YES to being my girlfriend.

On January 21, 2026, we were engaged at the Cebu Temple.

We were both trained to be FSY staff, but we didn’t serve as counselors. She helped take care of her siblings because her parents were busy at work, and my excuse letter was not approved.

After a month, we started preparing our papers for marriage. There were a lot of challenges, but through it all, we stayed on the path.

The day we were supposed to travel to Davao, we face a lot of challenges the plans changed alot of times,. But Heavenly Father’s plan is always amazing. There are always angels beside us, ready to help.

Those challenges brought us closer to Jesus Christ. We felt His comfort and peace. I know that if we do our best to help ourselves, Heavenly Father will do the rest.

I know that Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ love us. He give us the Plan of Salvation or Plan of Happiness for us to know how can we go back. And they allow us to face challenges and weaknesses so we can learn to humble ourselves. And when we are humble, those challenges become our strength.

I know that through the Atonement of Jesus Christ, we can be sealed for time and eternity. The Atonement of Jesus Christ is at the center of Heavenly Father’s plan for us and for our family. Heavenly Father provides a prophet for our day — today.

As a returned missionary, I have learned that living the gospel is not always easy. Because of the testimony I have gained, I know that the closer we come to Jesus Christ, the more Satan tries to distract us and pull us away from Him. However, I have also learned that as we remain faithful and continue to trust the Lord, He gives us the strength to overcome every challenge.

Being faithful to the Lord and keeping His commandments prepares us to return to His presence and inherit the celestial kingdom. President Russell M. Nelson taught us to *"Think Celestial."* Thinking celestial means choosing an eternal perspective and becoming spiritually minded. The prophet Jacob taught:

"To be spiritually minded is life eternal." (2 Nephi 9:39)

This scripture reminds me that when we focus on Jesus Christ and eternal things, we receive peace, direction, and hope.

I am deeply grateful to be a member of *The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints*. I know this is the Savior's Church restored on the earth. I know that Jesus Christ restored His priesthood authority so that sacred ordinances could be performed and so that all people could have the opportunity to receive the restored gospel of Jesus Christ.

I will never forget the day I was baptized. As I entered into a covenant with God, I felt His love and peace in a way I had never experienced before. That experience strengthened my testimony that Heavenly Father knows and loves each of His children.

My missionary service was one of the greatest blessings of my life. It gave me the opportunity to help build the kingdom of God, invite others to come unto Christ, and participate in the gathering of Israel. Serving others strengthened my own faith and brought me closer to my Savior.

I know that Jesus Christ lives. I know He is our Redeemer and that His restored gospel blesses lives. As we continue to follow Him, keep His commandments, and think celestial, we can receive the joy, peace, and eternal life that He has promised.

I am deeply grateful for my time at BYU-Hawaii. I testify that the Lord truly cares for me, helping me stay on course and providing strength to complete my Information Technology studies. Heavenly Father has placed me among supportive friends and peers at work, as well as new acquaintances I have come to know. I also testify that BYU-Hawaii has prepared me to share the gospel through my academics and has helped me become a better person and serve others after studying. Choosing this university stands as one of the most significant decisions I have made.

It has taken me a few days to find the right words because some experiences are simply too sacred to fully express.

Recently, I had the incredible blessing of receiving my own temple endowment. While I won't share the sacred details of what took place inside the temple, I do want to share what it has done for my heart.

This experience reminded me that the temple truly is the House of the Lord. It strengthened my faith, deepened my love for the Savior, and gave me a greater desire to keep my covenants and follow Jesus Christ throughout my life.

I know that everyone's journey to the temple is different, but I also know that every step of preparation is worth it. The peace, love, and joy I felt are gifts that I will always treasure.

I am so grateful for the opportunity to receive my own temple endowment.

I bear with you my witness that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is the true church.

I know that the temple is truly the House of the Lord.

I know that temple ordinances and covenants are important to Heavenly Father’s Plan.

I know that Jesus Christ is the center of everything we do in the temple.

I know that Jesus Christ and Heavenly Father loves us so much.

All of these things I humbly share with you in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
