Dear Heavenly Father,
Wonderful Guide and Faithful God, thank you for indwelling Your Holy Spirit in us. I pray you help us take care of ourselves and keep our body in check. Let us be mindful of everything we do with it and be reminded to treat it with respect for it is your Holy Spirit's temple. Help us cast out impure thoughts and everything displeasing in Your sight. Show us how to honor You with our thoughts, with our actions, our speech and even the entertainment we choose for ourselves. Thank you that through your Spirit and grace overflowing in us, we will be the person You called us to be and will live the purposes You created us for.

Dear Heavenly Father,
I praise You for You are a tower of refuge. My great and mighty God. I give thanks to thee whose banner stands until the end. Thank you for the numerous and wondrous mercies and unfailing love. Thank you for You hear the cries of the afflicted and for the subtle ways Your comfort brings me up when I am on the verge of giving up. Help me see the countless ways You work in and through my life. Let my mouth speak of the wondrous things You have done in and through me. Forgive me my God for despite Your faithfulness and constant love my heart still fails me and I fail You. Thank you for Your forgiveness. I give thanks and proclaim Your greatness and faithfulness in every season of my life. You alone deserve all the glory and praise.
