A total of eight Poctoy youth members attending the event. The Poctoy Youth Ministry also extends its heartfelt gratitude to our Chapel Officers for their continuous support and encouragement to the youth ministry.

The activities included talks on Catholic leadership and mental health, workshops, Bible Quiz, Bible Message Relay, Poster Making, and a Mini Variety Show/Presentations. We are also proud to share that Kuya Johnry Teric won First Place in the Bible Message Relay competition.

Indeed, the Parish Youth Day 2026 became a meaningful and inspiring experience for all participants, strengthening our faith, unity, and commitment as young disciples of Christ. May this encounter continue to inspire the youth to become the salt of the earth and the light of the world in serving the Church and the community.

The Poctoy Youth Ministry actively participated in Pastoral Day 2026 with the theme, โ€œTogether in Formation, Together in Mission,โ€ held at Maradjaw Magbalantay College Seminary. The activity gathered young people and church leaders from different cluster to strengthen faith, unity, and commitment to service through spiritual formation and fellowship.

The delegation was also joined by the Chapel Officers headed by Chapel President Josephine Patan, whose leadership and support contributed to the meaningful participation of the ministry throughout the event. The experience became an opportunity for the youth to deepen their relationship with God, build camaraderie with fellow young Catholics, and continue living out their mission as active servants of the Church and community.

Last March 22, 2026, Seminarian Gybriel Salvaloza conducted an inspiring and meaningful talk on the Roman Catholic Catechism for the youth at San Juan Bautista Chapel. The session deepened the participantsโ€™ understanding of the teachings, traditions, and values of the Catholic faith while encouraging the youth to strengthen their spiritual life and active participation in the Church community. The gathering also became a moment of reflection, fellowship, and spiritual growth for everyone who attended.
