FULL TEXT: The CBCP released a statement Tuesday urging the Senate to promptly convene as an impeachment court for Vice President Sara Duterte.

"To delay the trial is to delay justice for both the Filipino people and the Vice President," the bishops said.

It’s in the quiet prayers before Mass, the focus in the sacristy, and the shared bond we have in serving something bigger than ourselves. Today, we’re renewing our 'yes' to this calling. We aren’t just serving at the altar; we’re learning how to carry that same spirit of service into our schools, our homes, and our friendships. Grateful for the journey so far!"

𝐀𝐋𝐓𝐀𝐑 𝐒𝐄𝐑𝐕𝐄𝐑 𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐎𝐋𝐋𝐄𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐘𝐄𝐀𝐑-𝐄𝐍𝐃 𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐓𝐘 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓

​During our recent recollection, we were reminded to quiet our minds and really listen to God and our own hearts. Our speaker, 𝗠𝘀. 𝗝𝗼𝘆 𝗩𝗮𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮 𝗧𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗮, spoke on “𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘁: 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁’𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗩𝘂𝗹𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗔𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗨𝘀,” ​It was a powerful reminder that our faith isn't just about what we believe—it’s about how we act with compassion. We were challenged to look out for the people who are often forgotten or overlooked. Moving forward, we want to honor Christ’s message of love not just with words, but through bold actions in our daily lives.
