Barangay Christianuevo Marks 54th Year with Thanksgiving Mass
LEBAK, Sultan Kudarat — The community of Barangay Christianuevo gathered at the local Covered Court on Saturday, June 6, 2026, to celebrate its 54th Barangay Anniversary with a meaningful Thanksgiving Mass.
The eucharistic celebration was led by The Rev. Julito M. Mama of the Episcopal Church in the Philippines. In his homily, Rev. Mama emphasized unity, gratitude, and continued dedication to public service as the community looks forward to future milestones.
The spiritual gathering was well-attended by barangay officials, led by the local council, alongside numerous constituencies from across the village. The mass served as the spiritual kickoff for the anniversary festivities, offering a moment of reflection and community solidarity to honor the barangay's rich history and development over more than five decades.
