On this Feast of St. Augustine, we celebrate the theologian, preacher, and bishop whose restless heart found rest only in God. Born in Thagaste (354 AD), raised by a devout mother, Monica, Augustine embarked on a spiritual search that led him from worldly success to a profound conversion, baptized by St. Ambrose in 387 in Milan. He embraced a monastic life with friends, later ordained as bishop of Hippo, and became a luminous figure in Western Christianity through his writings, teachings, and devotion to communal life.

Sincere thanks and congratulations to all our Saint Peter Look-Alike participants and awardees! Your creativity, dedication, and enthusiasm brought our celebration to life while reminding us of the faith and devotion that unite us as one parish family.

As we come to close our two-day celebration of the 59th Araw ng Parokya of St. Peter the Apostle Parish, we offer our greatest and sincerest pasalamat to our parish priest, Rev. Fr. Marlo Acenas, SSJV, for his guidance, support, and presence throughout the celebration. Our sincere appreciation also to all the chapels and zones of St. Peter Parish Sugbongcogon, all Parish Councils and Organizations, and of course to our dear parishioners who gave their time, talents, effort, and wholehearted support.
