On September 5, 2025, the Diocese of Sugbongcogon came together to celebrate the 2nd Diocesan Thanksgiving Dayโa meaningful gathering marked by gratitude, unity, and faith.
The celebration began early as delegates from different parishes and missions traveled to the Cathedral, journeying together in one spirit and one mission. The day was highlighted by the Holy Eucharist, reminding us that Christ is at the center of our thanksgiving and service.
The program that followed was a beautiful expression of fellowship: prayers, heartfelt messages from the leaders, inspiring presentations from the different clusters, and moments of recognition for the efforts of our brothers and sisters in the Diocese. Each part of the celebration spoke of our collective dedication and love for the Church.
The fellowship lunch became more than just sharing foodโit became a sharing of life and joy. The afternoon program continued with more performances, uplifting messages, and the distribution of plaques of appreciation. The celebration closed with thanksgiving in our hearts, carrying the reminder that we are called to serve with humility, unity, and faith.
Indeed, this gathering is a testimony that when we journey together as one Diocese, our thanksgiving becomes more meaningful, and our mission more alive.
