The passage from the Holy Mass to the Live Stations of the Cross is not merely a custom, but a solemn movement of the heart. In the Gospel proclaimed today, we are drawn into the quiet intimacy of the Last Supper, where our Lord, Jesus Christ, offers Himself as the Bread of Life. In that sacred moment, we are called to examine our own hearts and to consider how we, too, may be given in humble service to others.

After the Eucharistic celebration, the faithful set out to follow the path of the Live Stations, prayerfully retracing the Passion of the Lord. From one station to the next, we contemplated His suffering and recognized its reflection in our own lives—in the crosses we carry, the burdens we share, and the quiet grace that sustains us amid trials.

As we walked through Brgy. Sengngat, Sudipen, La Union, the unity of the faithful became a silent witness to our shared journey. It reminded us that though each of us bears our own crosses, we do not walk alone. In the Passion of Christ, we come to understand that even in suffering, there is meaning, and in every burden borne with love, there is the promise of redemption.

May this Holy Wednesday leave us with hearts disposed to serve, and spirits strengthened to persevere, in faithful imitation of Him who endured all for our sake.
