Some people say:
“Ministry worker lang yan.”
“Pastor lang yan.”
“Leader lang naman yan sa church.”

There are still people who underestimate the role of being part of the ministry. Para sa iba, ministry ay simpleng bagay lang —something with no impressive career path, no high salary, no titles the world celebrates. Others see it as something you do only when you have no other options.

But the truth is far from that. 🙂

If you are part of the ministry, never think that your role is small. Your role has the power to shape this generation.

You’re not just sharing knowledge—you are becoming a vessel of God for someone’s salvation. ✨

Someone’s life, faith, and future may change because you chose to serve. Mas mahalaga ang role mo diyan, kapatid.

👉 You can elevate your career and continue the ministry at the same time.

👉 You can pursue your dreams and continue your ministry at the same time.

👉 You can achieve success in the world and continue your ministry at the same time.

Ministry is a field where God molds character, builds humility, and develops a heart for people—things that no worldly coaching or training can fully produce. 🤍

Sa totoo lang, many great leaders, mentors, and community builders began in ministry. Because ministry teaches you how to lead with love, serve with humility, and care for people beyond yourself.

So never believe the lie that serving God is “just” something small.

Continue serving in whatever ministry God has entrusted to you. Shalom!

Pain is not random.

Struggles are not mistakes.

Hard seasons are not God’s punishment.

Every trial, every heartbreak, every delay is shaping you for something greater. Your purpose is being formed in the fire.

“We also rejoice in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope.” (Romans 5:3-4)

Don’t waste your pain wishing it away.
Ask God to reveal why it’s happening.
Your struggles are clues.
Your hardships are preparation…

When you see the bigger picture, your pain makes sense.

It’s not meaningless.
It’s not wasted.
It’s part of your calling.

Trust God. Keep walking.

The purpose He’s growing in you will one day make every pain worthwhile. ❤️‍🔥
