Today, after our Easter Sunday service, hearts were made new as souls publicly declared their faith through water baptism led by Pastor Roldan Alcala and assisted by Elders B**g Ubungen, Cloyd Birondo, and Jing Libres. The baptism was then followed by a sumptuous fellowship breakfast by the beach.

What a beautiful reminder that the old is gone and the new has come.

Heaven rejoices, and so do we. Welcome to a life made new in Christ! 💙🙌

𝒜𝓃𝑜𝒾𝓃𝓉𝒾𝓃𝑔 𝒶𝓃𝒹 𝒮𝓉𝑒𝓌𝒶𝓇𝒹𝓈𝒽𝒾𝓅

The Conservative Baptist Association of the Philippines (CBAP) Regional and Provincial Council formally recognized Pastor Roldan Alcala today in a confirmation ceremony that highlighted faithful leadership, anointing, and responsible stewardship in ministry.

The confirmation was led by CBAP Region 11A Chairman, Pastor Alvin Manglicmot, together with CBAP Provincial Chairman, Pastor Raul Ednar, underscoring the council’s affirmation of Pastor Alcala’s service and calling. The event gathered church leaders and members who witnessed the council’s acknowledgment of his continued commitment to pastoral leadership and service to the church.

In their messages, the CBAP leaders emphasized the importance of spiritual integrity, servant leadership, and accountability in ministry—qualities reflected in Pastor Alcala’s work. The recognition serves as an affirmation of his faithfulness in fulfilling the responsibilities entrusted to him and his dedication to advancing the mission of the church.

Alongside with Pastor Alcala's confirmation is the installation and recognition of the church's council members and ministry leaders.

The ceremony concluded with prayers of blessing and encouragement, expressing hope for sustained guidance, wisdom, and strength as Pastor Roldan Alcala continues to serve under God’s calling.

TINGNAN: Ang ating mga community transformation projects sa Mindanao. Dinalaw ng ating community transformation officer, Matthew Velasquez, ang Saging ng Pagpapala project sa North Cotabato, at goat farm sa Sta. Cruz Davao Del Sur.

Nagkaroon din ng Leadership Training ang regional youth leaders ng North Cotabato; pati narin ng orientation tungkol sa Community transformation ng CBAP. Glory to God.

Ang journey sa kinabuhi nato kay puno og mga ups and downs. Karon okay, ugma dili, sunod ugma okay nasab, sunod nasab kay dili. Challenging kumbaga.

Pero sa tanang oras ug panahon nga murag daw sama hilom ang Ginoo, Siya kay nagpabilin. Sa mga panahon nga downs, matinud-anon Siya. Sa panahon sa Ups, matinud-anon gihapon Siya.

When life really hits us, kita ang mausab dili ang Ginoo.

Og hinaot ko nga mas masabtan nimo karon, nga luyo sa tanan ginaagian nimo, nagpabiling MAAYO ANG GINOO.

Lord, we pray for our nation today as we elect new leaders. Help us to be good citizens not just today but after election day.

For You hold all things together.

And in You we trust.
In You we place our hope.
In You... alone.

Father, we are nearing our elections. The intensity, vitriol, and passions are as high as ever. This has caused so much stress and anxiety and division among our people.

Send Your spirit Lord. Soften our hearts, that we may submit it to Your will -- to be humble, to choose the best candidate, to stand up for what is right, and in all things, to love.

In the name of Jesus. Amen.
