2. Because He redeemed us and forgive our sins.

⭐Benefits of Loving God

1. Provisions
✅Deuteronomy 28:1 &13
If you fully obey the Lord your God and carefully follow all his commands I give you today, the Lord your God will set you high above all the nations on earth.

The Lord will make you the head, not the tail. If you pay attention to the commands of the Lord your God that I give you this day and carefully follow them, you will always be at the top, never at the bottom.

3. Protection- 1 Corinthians 2:9

⏩How and What Does It Mean to Love God?
1. To Love God is to Know Him.

✅1 John 4:7-8
Dear friends, let us love one another, for love comes from God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God. Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love.

2. To Love God is to put HIM First.

✅Mark 12: 30
Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.

3. To Love God is to OBEY HIM.

If you love me, keep my commands.

4. To Love God is "TO LOSE OUR IDENTITY" - complete surrender

3 Components or Elements of a Saving Faith
1. Intellectual Component - Head Knowledge

🔹Santiago 2:19
Sumasampalataya ka na ang Diyos ay iisa, di ba? Mabuti naman! Ang mga demonyo man ay sumasampalataya rin, at nanginginig pa.

2. Emotional Component

🔹Mateo 13:20-21
Ang katulad naman ng binhing nalaglag sa mabatong lupa ay ang taong nakikinig ng mensahe na kaagad at masayang tumatanggap nito ngunit hindi tumitimo ang mensahe sa kanyang puso. Sandali lamang itong nananatili, at pagdating ng mga kapighatian at pagsubok dahil sa mensahe, agad siyang tumatalikod sa kanyang pananampalataya.

3. Volitional/ Trust Component

🔹Santiago 2:20-21
Isa kang hangal! Nais mo pa bang patunayan ko sa iyo na walang kabuluhan ang pananampalatayang walang kasamang gawa? Hindi ba't ang ating amang si Abraham ay itinuring ng Diyos na matuwid dahil sa kanyang mga gawa, nang ihandog niya sa dambana ang anak niyang si Isaac?

Ang Pananampalataya na Tinutugon ni Hesus

1.A faith that seizes opportunity.
2. A faith that is loud and vocal.
3. A faith that persists.
4. A faith that is resilient.
5. A faith that is humble and understand unworthiness.

🔥Challenge:
Ngayong 2026, magkaroon tayo ng pananampalataya na hindi nahihiyang lumapit sa Panginoon, pananampalatayang nagpupumilit at hindi natitinag ng mga sitwasyon, at pananampalatayang mapagpakumbaba sapagkat ito ang tinutuganan ng Panginoon.

Ang hindi pagsunod ng ganap sa direksyon nh Panginoon ay patotoo ng kawalan ng pananampalataya sa Kanya.

INCOMPLETE OBEDIENCE IS DISOBEDIENCE

DISOBEDIENCE TO GOD'S DIRECTION IS EQUIVALENT TO REBELLION. - Ptr.Arnel

⭐but, OBEDIENCE PRECEDES BLESSINGS.
