Hindi man ito natuloy-tuloy noong nakaraang taon, hindi nawala ang paghihintay at pag-asang matutuloy rin. At ngayon, mga Ka'Lakbay…..muli natin itong aabangan!

MARIAN YOUTH NIGHT 2026 is coming this NOVEMBER!

Kaya naman, panahon na ulit para magtipon, magdasal, at sama-samang ihanda ang gabing para sa ating mga kabataan sapagkat heto na ang ating Diocesan Youth Council, muling nagkatipon-tipon para sa paghahanda sa isang gabing matagal na nating hinihintay!

Abangan sa mga susunod na updates at sama-sama tayong muling maglakbay para kay Maria!

This year’s Marian Youth Congress (MYC) was held on September 12, 2026, at Ateneo de Naga University, Camarines Sur. The event brought together young people from different dioceses across Bicol for a meaningful gathering of faith and formation.

With the theme “Gabos Katood, Gabos Kaayon, Gabos may Gibuhon,” 24 youth coordinators, youth leaders, youth members, and a religious organization leader from different parishes of the Diocese of Sorsogon actively participated in the congress. The participants were inspired by the example of Our Lady of Peñafrancia, Patroness of the Bicol Region, and were encouraged to deepen their faith and commitment to serving the Church.

Diocese of Sorsgon goes to Marian Youth Congress 2026!

24 delegates, 2 Facilitators, 1 Speaker, and 1 Supervising Director Priest joined the Marian Youth Congress 2026 at Ateneo De Naga University in Naga City along with other delegates from different Dioceses of the Region.

Journeying Together in Synodality 🤝✨

The Diocesan Youth Commission (DYC) of Sorsogon joyfully participated in the Regional Youth Coordinating Council (RYCC) gathering hosted by the Diocese of Libmanan on August 21–22, 2026.

More than a gathering, it was an opportunity to listen, share, discern, and journey together as young people and youth ministers across Bicol. Through meaningful conversations and shared experiences, we continue to strengthen our commitment to building a Church that walks with the youth and listens to their voices.

May this encounter inspire us to continue journeying together in faith, hope, and service, bringing the spirit of synodality to our dioceses and communities. 💙
