THE FEAST OF THE PRESENTATION OF THE LORD ( CANDELARIA) - FEBRUARY 02, 2026

The Feast of the Presentation of the Lord reminds us of Christ, the Light of the Word, offered to the Father and revealed to all nations. This celebration calls us to reflecr on our faith and our mission to carry His light in our daily lives.

Mass and blessing of bread and candles schedules:

6:00 AM - Kapilya San Luis - Balete
7:00 AM - Parokya ni San Roque

4:00 PM - Kapilya San Vicente
5:00 PM - Kapilya San Pascual
5:15 PM - Kapilya San Isidro

All are invited to attend the Holy Mass and bring candles and loaves of bread to be blessed, as sign of hope, devotion, commitment and acceptance of Jesus as the Light and Bread of our lives.

Isang pagpapa-alala sa atin na si Hesus na ating tagapagligatas ay nagkatawang tao, ipinangak sa isang sabsaban, isang tanda ng kapakumbabaan.

Nawa’y ito ay magsilbing gabay at halimbawa sa atin na hindi sa mga materyal na bagay lamang nakukuha ang kasiyahan, kundi ang tunay na kagalakan sa puso ay nanggagaling kay Hesus na siyang sentro at dahilan sa pagdiriwang natin ng pasko.

Ika- 47 na anibersayo ng pagkatatag ng Parokya ni San Roque

Sa pagdiriwang ng 47th Foundation Anniversary ng ating parokya, inaalala natin ang mga biyayang patuloy na ibinubuhos ng Diyos sa ating komunidad. Mula sa ating mga pinagmulan bilang isang maliit na kapilya hanggang sa pagiging isang masiglang parokya na naglilingkod sa maraming paraan.

Ang 47 taon ay hindi lamang simpleng pagdaan ng panahon, ito ay isang mahabang kabanata ng pananampalataya, pag-asa, at pag-ibig na sinulat ng bawat pamilya, bawat indibidwal, at bawat henerasyon. Kaya, sa pagharap natin sa mga darating pang taon, nawa’y manatili tayong matatag sa pananampalataya, tulad ng bato kung saan itinayo ang ating simbahan. Ang ika-47 anibersaryo ay paalala na ang misyon ng simbahan ay nagpapatuloy at patuloy na magiging ilaw ng pag-asa, tinig ng katarungan, at modelo sa pagmamahal ni Cristo.

• Hope – Anticipating the light breaking into darkness, trusting that God’s promises will unfold.
• Peace – Embracing the calm that comes from knowing God is with us, even amid the world’s chaos.
• Joy – Finding gratitude for the gift already given, celebrating the joy of salvation.
• Love – Reflecting on God’s boundless love, allowing that love to shape how we love others.

This season, consider setting aside a moment each week to reflect on one of these themes, letting the candle’s light guide your thoughts, prayers, and actions.
