As sacred Scripture remind us:
Proverbs 22:6 states: "Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it". It is a well-known biblical proverb focused on early guidance, parenting, and moral instruction.

LEARNING BEGINS AT HOME 🏠

In times when our communities are confronted with violence and tragedies involving our young people, we are reminded that education does not begin in the classroom alone. The home is the first school of life—the place where values are formed, faith is nurtured, character is developed, and compassion is learned.

Parents, guardians, families, educators, and the entire community share the responsibility of guiding and shaping the next generation. Beyond academic knowledge, our youth need to experience love, understanding, discipline, guidance, and hope in their homes and communities.

Let us pray for our youth, especially those who are struggling, searching for direction, or facing difficult circumstances. 🙏

But let us not stop at prayer alone. Let us be present. Let us listen. Let us communicate with understanding. Let us guide with patience and correct with love. Most importantly, let us lead our children closer to God through our own words and example.

May our homes become places where faith is lived, character is strengthened, respect for life is taught, and love is felt. When we nurture our young people with God’s Word, genuine care, and good communication, we help build a generation that chooses compassion over violence, hope over despair, and love over hatred.

Learning begins at home. Let us make our families active in God’s Word and become the example our youth need. 🏠❤️🙏
