Salvation is by grace:
Ephesians 2:8-9

Rewards are according to works
1 Corinthians 3:8

IV. Rewards for the Committed
1. Crown of Life

2. Crown of Righteousness

[8] Now there is in store for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that dayโand not only to me, but also to all who have longed for his appearing.
3. Crown of Glory
1 Peter 5:2-4 NIV
[2] Be shepherds of Godโs flock that is under your care, watching over themโnot because you must, but because you are willing, as God wants you to be; not pursuing dishonest gain, but eager to serve; [3] not lording it over those entrusted to you, but being examples to the flock. [4] And when the Chief Shepherd appears, you will receive the crown of glory that will never fade away.
4. Incorruptible Crown

[25] Everyone who competes in the games goes into strict training. They do it to get a crown that will not last, but we do it to get a crown that will last forever.
5. Crown of Rejoicing
1 Thessalonians 2:19 NIV
[19] For what is our hope, our joy, or the crown in which we will glory in the presence of our Lord Jesus when he comes? Is it not you?
