PROGRAM MISSION:
The Bachelor of Arts in Church Management (ABCM) program will produce principled and well-rounded servant-leaders, who are committed and can effectively minister to the Gospel for the social and spiritual transformation of the church and society. PROGRAM VISION:
The Bachelor of Arts in Church Management (ABCM) program shall become a model curriculum for quality education and train
ing for pastors providing strong Biblical foundations in doing the mission and ministry of the church. Have knowledge of the Bible and uses hermeneutical principles in interpreting and applying the Bible.
2. Have the commitment to do mission and effectively communicate the Gospel for the transformation of the world.
3. Have a sound spiritual life and a holistic Christian character, committed to God’s mission for the world.
4. Can competently lead and serve in the various ministries and programs of the church both locally and globally.
5. Have the knowledge, skills and the ability to think critically and to interact respectfully with the views of others.
6. Have understanding of the mission and purpose of the church and relate it to their unique role and calling as ministers of the Gospel.
7. Have a grasp of history as well as the current religious, social, political and economic issues that can be a basis to relating to people and in doing the ministry.
8. Have a direct and well-rounded experience of church management and in the implementation of programs and activities through their week-end church appointments and outreach services and activities. PROGRAM OUTCOMES:
At the end of the program, the students will be able to:
1. Design and implement holistic programs and ministries for discipleship making.
2. Exhibit confidence and commitment in leading the various ministries of the church.
3. Employ Biblical understanding and principles in different settings.
4. Work effectively with the different age level groups and the personalities in the church and the community.
5. Demonstrate high level of spirituality and ethical standard of living.
6. Practice Christ-likeness and servant-leadership.
7. Innovate and discover new and effective approaches in doing the ministry.
