Lower Households

During the second weekend of June, MFC Youth - Southern Leyte conducted their lower households themed around, "GOD'S BELOVED" Inspired by the verse, "𝘛𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘣𝘦 𝘪𝘮𝘪𝘵𝘢𝘵𝘰𝘳𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘎𝘰𝘥, 𝘢𝘴 𝘣𝘦𝘭𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘥 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥𝘳𝘦𝘯, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘭𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘪𝘯 𝘭𝘰𝘷𝘦, 𝘢𝘴 𝘊𝘩𝘳𝘪𝘴𝘵 𝘭𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘥 𝘶𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘨𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘩𝘪𝘮𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘧 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘶𝘴" — 𝖤𝗉𝗁𝖾𝗌𝗂𝖺𝗇𝗌 5:1-2.

In our households, we are reminded that we are God's beloved. We are loved by Him so much that He gave up His life for us. We are called to be his imitators, to live in love, and own our belovedness as Christ loves us. His love is a gift that must be shared with the world, so as missionaries, we are called to share this kind of love with others.

To love like Jesus, and to care for others like Jesus. May God be praised!

1 Corinthians 15:58

Praise God for the success of our Youth Camp! So many things happened during the camp, from the sessions and discussion groups, the games, worship, the mass, the very eventful Entertainment Night all the way to the dedication ceremony of MFC Youth. The energy was so lively and happy knowing that God graced us with his presence all throughout the camp. We see it in the smiles, the talks, during prayer and the inviting community of MFC Youth. Always remember that whatever God has in store for us, let us carry the posture of our hearts in growing in the spirit as servants of God. Whatever comes our way, our worries and doubts, let's not have it wipe that smile off our face because we are called to be 𝗨𝗡𝗦𝗛𝗔𝗞𝗔𝗕𝗟𝗘.

Thank you to our couple coordinators, Tita Jen and Tito Pau for always being there to support us! Guiding us spiritually and being our second parents in the community, along with the help of our other sectors of our community, MFC SL Couples and MFC SLHandmaids who supported our camp financially and for being present during the camp! Tito's and Tita's, this camp wouldn't ever happen without your unwavering support! May God bless all of you in everything!

Special thanks to our brothers from SILINGAN!! West Leyte for taking on the mission to serve here in Southern Leyte! Thank you for saying 'YES' to the mission. We hope all of you enjoyed the camp just as much as we did! We pray for your safe travel back home and may God always bless you in continuing the mission of making all youth know Christ!

Always remember that this Youth Camp is just the beginning! There is still more to come, more activities that would root us deeper into the faith. Building us up into becoming unshakable youth missionaries, carrying the gift of salvation and God's presence through all our services here on earth. Praise God MFC-Youth Southern Leyte! Mission Never Stops!

🌱 𝗨𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗸𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽 '𝟮𝟲

𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝟑: 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐅𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐡, 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠

Our third session reminded us that God's mercy is always available to those who come to Him with humble and repentant hearts. Through faith, we receive His forgiveness, and through His love, we find healing from the wounds, burdens, and struggles we carry.

We are grateful to Kuya Shawn Moralde for sharing a powerful message that encouraged us to surrender everything to the Lord and trust in His transforming grace. His reminder that we can always come before God and say, “Lord, I need You,” touched our hearts and strengthened our faith. 🙏❤️‍🔥

May we continue to walk in repentance, grow in faith, extend forgiveness, and embrace the healing that only Christ can give. As we allow God to renew our hearts, may we become even more rooted in Him and remain truly UNSHAKABLE. ✨

𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝟐: 𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐢𝐬 𝐉𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐬 𝐂𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐌𝐞?

Our second session reminded us that Jesus is more than just a name we know—He is our Savior, our Friend, and the One who gives true meaning to our lives. In every season of joy and struggle, He remains faithful, offering us His love, guidance, and peace.

Thank you, Kuya Raniel Cagurol, and Ate Aliyah Noah Orapa for sharing a powerful message that helped us reflect on our personal relationship with Christ and challenged us to know Him more deeply. ❤️‍🔥

𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝟏: 𝐆𝐨𝐝'𝐬 𝐋𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐇𝐢𝐬 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐔𝐬

Our first session reminded us of a powerful truth: God's love is constant, faithful, and unshakable. His plans for our lives are filled with purpose, hope, and grace. Even in the midst of struggles, uncertainties, and challenges that often go unseen, God remains at work—guiding us, strengthening us, and drawing us closer to His perfect will.

We are deeply grateful to Bianca Villanueva for sharing God's Word and encouraging us to trust His timing, embrace His plans, and remain steadfast in faith. We also thank Kuya Melchor Jacobe for his heartfelt testimony, reminding us that a life rooted in Christ is a life that cannot be shaken. 🔥

As we reflect on this session, may we hold firmly to the truth that when our foundation is Christ, we can remain UNSHAKABLE, no matter what comes our way. May His love take deeper root in our hearts and lead us to live a life fully surrendered to His will. ✨🙏
