Get ready to take control of your well-being with our exciting new health program! Our initiative aims to promote healthy living, prevent diseases, and improve overall quality of life. The NLAC Church Health Ministries Council, is about to launch a new program: The VITALITY HEALTH CHECK, and everyone is invited!

The vitality check is comprised of the following assessment procedures:
* Blood pressure (Bp)
* Body Mass index or (BMI)
* Body Age.
* Blood sugar
Followed by health consultations depending on the results.

This will be offered to the first 20 persons who will attend the Sabbath School.

We will be doing our first vitality check this coming Sabbath, July 12, and will be done before the start of the Sabbath school program, from 7:30-8:15 am.

This will go on every first Sabbath of the month.

Take note, to those who will have their blood sugar checked, you may still have your breakfast before coming.

Let’s honor God by caring for the bodies He has given us. See you there in good health! 💙
