𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝟭𝟮 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗠𝗜𝗦𝗘𝗦 𝗢𝗙 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗦𝗔𝗖𝗥𝗘𝗗 𝗛𝗘𝗔𝗥𝗧 𝗢𝗙 𝗝𝗘𝗦𝗨𝗦
Our Lord Jesus Christ appeared to St. Margaret Mary between 1673-1675. Among the words spoken to her, she heard Jesus make 12 promises to those who would respond to the pleading of His Heart and make an effort to return His love.
The Promises of the Sacred Heart of Jesus to St. Margaret Mary:
(1) "I will give them all the graces necessary in their state of life.
(2) I will establish peace in their homes.
(3) I will comfort them in all their afflictions.
(4) I will be their secure refuge during life, and above all, in death.
(5) I will bestow abundant blessings upon all their undertakings.
(6) Sinners will find in my Heart the source and infinite ocean of mercy.
(7) Lukewarm souls shall become fervent.
( 8 ) Fervent souls shall quickly mount to high perfection.
(9) I will bless every place in which an image of my Heart is exposed and honored.
10) I will give to priests the gift of touching the most hardened hearts.
(11) Those who shall promote this devotion shall have their names written in my Heart.
(12) I promise you in the excessive mercy of my Heart that my all-powerful love will grant to all those who receive Holy Communion on the First Fridays in nine consecutive months the grace of final perseverance; they shall not die in my disgrace, nor without receiving their sacraments. My divine Heart shall be their safe refuge in this last moment."

You are a safe refuge of the persecuted and a Mother always ready to help us.

Surround us with your loving protection and keep us under your mantle, safe from all that harm us.
O glorious and powerful Mother of God.

With praise and thanksgiving to Almighty God, the clergy, religious, and lay faithful of the Archdiocese of Nueva Segovia cordially invite everyone to the Episcopal Ordination of Most Rev. Nick Argel Vaquilar, who was appointed by His Holiness Pope Leo XIV as Bishop of the Diocese of Urdaneta.

The ordination will be conferred through the imposition of hands and the prayer of ordination by His Eminence Orlando Cardinal Quevedo, OMI, DD, Principal Consecrator, together with Most Rev. Marlo M. Peralta, DD and Most Rev. Jacinto A. Jose, DD as Co-consecrators. The homily will be delivered by Most Rev. David William V. Antonio, DD.

The Episcopal Ordination will take place on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at 9:00 in the morning, at the Archdiocesan Shrine of Our Lady of Charity, Parish of Saint Augustine of Hippo, Bantay, Ilocos Sur.

We invite the faithful to join us in this joyful and historic celebration as we pray for Most Rev. Nick Argel Vaquilar and his new ministry as Bishop of the Diocese of Urdaneta. May your presence and prayers be a source of encouragement and blessing on this special occasion.

JUST IN | Brigada Eskwela 2026

The Parish Commission on Youth, as the Apostolate of the Young, is actively participating in Brigada Eskwela 2026 at Sison Central Integrated School today, June 1, 2026.

Guided by the spirit of service, volunteerism, and community involvement, our young people are joining hands with educators, parents, and stakeholders to help prepare the school for the opening of classes. Through this initiative, the youth continue to live out their mission as active disciples and responsible members of the community.

VIVA LA VIRGEN!

𝐇𝐀𝐈𝐋 𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐘, 𝐐𝐔𝐄𝐄𝐍 𝐎𝐅 𝐌𝐀𝐘!

As we culminate our devotion during this Marian Month, we warmly invite everyone to join the Marian Procession on Sunday, May 31, 2026, at 8:00 o’clock in the morning.

This sacred procession will feature different privately owned Marian images, lovingly shared by devotees as a testament of faith and devotion to our Blessed Mother.

Together, let us honor the Virgin Mary with prayerful hearts and thanksgiving for her maternal intercession and guidance throughout this month dedicated to her.

May this celebration strengthen our faith and draw us ever closer to Christ through Mary.

WORLD SOCIAL COMMUNICATIONS DAY

Guided by the loving care of the Blessed Mother, the Youth Ministry continues its apostolate in Social Communication — proclaiming Christ with faith, truth, and charity through every word and platform.

As we celebrate today the Solemnity of the Ascension of the Lord, may we be inspired to carry His message to all nations, becoming witnesses of His presence and instruments of hope in today’s world. “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations.” (Mt. 28:19)

HAPPY MOTHERS’ DAY, MAMA MARY!

Blessed Mother,

On this Mother’s Day, we lovingly honor you, our Blessed Mother, for your gentle heart, unwavering faith, and motherly care for all your children. Thank you for always guiding us closer to your Son, comforting us in our sorrows, and surrounding us with your love and protection.

Thank you for your endless prayers for families, for the Church, and for the whole world. In moments of fear and uncertainty, you remind us to trust in God’s mercy and goodness.

Blessed Mother, we humbly ask for your intercession. Pray for peace in our hearts, peace in our homes, and peace among all nations. Help us to become instruments of kindness, forgiveness, and unity wherever we go.

May your example inspire us to live with humility, compassion, and faithful love each day.

Happy Mother’s Day, dear Mother Mary. We thank you, we love you, and we entrust ourselves to your loving care.

𝐒𝐄𝐑𝐕𝐔𝐒 𝐓𝐔𝐔𝐒 𝐈𝐍 𝐀𝐄𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐍𝐔𝐌

We give thanks to our loving shepherd, Most Reverend Jacinto A. Jose, DD, for his faithful service to our diocese. For 20 years, he has guided us with humility, wisdom, and a true pastor’s love. His dedication to the Church and care for God’s people have been a blessing to us all.

As he concludes this chapter of his ministry, we offer our prayers with deep gratitude, remembering always his gentle leadership and steadfast devotion. May God reward him abundantly for the many years he has lovingly served His flock.

Together with our loving Mother, Nuestra Señora del Carmen de Álava, we entrust him to her maternal care, asking that she wrap him in her mantle of protection and lead him ever closer to her Son. May she continue to guide his steps, as he has so faithfully guided us.
