NAISALAKAN 2025โ2026
For one school year, we carried one message to proclaim: because of Jesus, we are NAISALAKAN. Every program highlighted this truth, that only because of Him, and by Him alone, we are saved. Not by ourselves, nor by mere obedience, but because of His death, His love, and His mercy.
Our journey was intentionally arranged to reflect this beautiful story of salvation through our sundown worships:
Where Stories of Grace Begin: highlighting that our story of redemption starts with Godโs grace alone.
Because of His Stripes We Are Healed: reminding us that Christ died for us, securing our justification through His sacrifice.
Reflecting His Light: proclaiming that because we are justified, we are also sanctified, called to live as lights that reflect His character.
Heaven at Last: pointing to the culmination of it all: glorification, when we will be taken by Jesus and live with Him forever in heaven.
In this short journey, we praise God, for we could never have succeeded on our own. As our theme song declares, โWere it not for graceโฆโ were it not for grace, we could not make it; were it not for grace, we would not be chosen; were it not for grace, we could not see God through His miracles; were it not for grace, our prayers would not be answered. This journey was sustained not by money, skill, or intelligence, but by grace. It is by His grace that we made it to the end.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our adviser Pr. Victor Mariano for the unwavering support, and to the students who supported the M.A. through their willingness to volunteer in every program and activity. Your time, effort, and dedication became a vital part of this journey. We also express our sincere thanks to Chords and Verses, the composers of our appeal songs, whose music helped carry our message and touch hearts. We also thank the NLAC Student Council 2025 - 2026 for lending their equipment, and the A.Y Council for their all-out support in every program and activity. Truly, MASCAYA pag sama-sama.
The unity we chose reflects our true home, which is heaven. As we step down, we pray that MASCAYA and its advocacy of unity will continue to grow and inspire, bringing more hearts together in Christ.
Let us always choose unity, forgiveness, and reconciliation, for all of us are sinners, and only through Jesus are we NAISALAKAN.
