Last June 28, 2026, the Candelaria Sunday School reflected on one of the most touching encounters after Jesus' resurrection. Although Peter had denied Jesus three times, the Lord met him not with condemnation but with love, forgiveness, and a renewed mission.

This lesson reminded us that God's mercy is always greater than our failures. No mistake is too great for His forgiveness when we come back to Him with sincere hearts. Just as Jesus entrusted Peter to care for His people, He also calls each of us to live out our love for Him through acts of service, compassion, and faithfulness.

Indeed, it was another blessed Sunday School, inspiring the children to trust in God's unfailing love and to courageously follow Him every day. ๐Ÿ’™โœจ

Last June 21, 2026, the Candelaria Sunday School gathered to reflect on God's unfailing love and care through the Gospel of Matthew 10:26โ€“33.

Through the lesson, the children were reminded that they never have to face their fears alone. Just as God lovingly cares for even the smallest, He watches over each one of us with even greater love. They learned that no fear is too great when we place our trust in the Lord, for He knows us by name, understands our worries, and remains faithful in every circumstance.

It was a meaningful Sunday filled with faith, courage, and hopeโ€”encouraging the children to trust in God's constant presence and to remember that they are deeply loved and precious in His eyes. ๐Ÿงธโœจ

Today, we join the whole ICM community in commemorating Mother Foundress Day, marking the arrival of Mother Marie Louise de Meester, foundress of the ICM Congregation, together with other ICM Sisters in Tagudin, Ilocos Sur.

Through their committed participation, they not only helped the liturgy run smoothly but also exemplified the virtues of humility, service, and dedication to the Church's mission. Their willing participation demonstrated the ongoing practice of developing young leaders who actively support the IJA community's practices.

Earlier today, May 31, 2026, the Candelaria Sunday School commemorates its 30th Day as the CSS Kids gathered to reflect on the Bible verse John 3:16 with the Parish Youth Catechists.

The depth of God's love is revealed in this verse: "For God so loved the world that He gave His only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life."

The kids were reminded that God's love is unwavering and eternal by learning that faith in Jesus is the greatest gift. They learned how this verse encourages us to trust, believe, and joyously live in His promise of eternal life through prayer and sharing. " ๐ŸŒŸ

Indeed, it was another successful Sunday School filled with faith, hope, and love. ๐Ÿฉต๐Ÿงธ
