Last Saturday, we held the first session of our One2One Festival, focusing on Chapter 1: Salvationt---refreshing our leaders about the foundation of our faith and the importance of having a personal relationship with Jesus.

Truly, salvation is more than just knowing about God—it is receiving the new life, grace, and mercy that only Christ can give. As we disciple others, it’s important that we truly understand this truth and help lead people toward personal surrender and the transformation found in Him.

We are grateful for everyone who took their time to attend this session. May what we learned continue to strengthen our faith and deepen our desire to make disciples.

See you again on our next session this Saturday, May 23! 🙌

In recent days, as we witness what is unfolding in our nation, many hearts have been stirred with concerns, frustrations, and questions.

But as the people of God, we want our hearts to be shaped not by the noise of the moment, but by the steady, unchanging truth of His Word.

“Righteousness and justice are the foundation of your throne...” (Psalm 89:14)

“Turn away from evil and do good; seek peace and pursue it.” (Psalm 34:14)

“Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a reproach to any people.” (Proverbs 14:34)

We are encouraged to love our nation not with blind loyalty, but with a faithful commitment to what is right in the sight of God. We are called to pursue truth and justice, not selectively, but with humility and courage. And we are commanded to stand against evil and violence, not in a spirit of anger, but in the spirit of Christ.

Let us pray and seek the good of our nation. And wherever God has placed you—whether at home, at work, or in your community—live as a witness of Christ. In your own way, through your voice, your vote, your influence, and your daily conduct, be part of what builds rather than what destroys.

May our lives testify that even in the midst of noise and conflict, Christ remains Lord over our nation.

"Christ is the one who holds the building together and makes it grow into a holy temple for the Lord. And you are part of that building Christ has built as a place for God's own Spirit to live."
— Ephesians 2:21-22 CEV

When the apostle Peter was in prison and things felt scary, Mary opened her home so all the believers could gather and pray together. Her story shows us that God uses men and women who pray to help build His Church and make His name known.☝️

Prayer is even more powerful when we do it together as a family or with our friends.

Last Sunday was also Mother's day and we took time to thank God for our moms and the mother figures in our lives. Just like Mary helped the early church grow through her faith, our moms help us learn how to love and follow God every day. ❤️

Last Saturday, our leaders, interns, and WeServe team gathered for this year's first Leaders Convergence to prepare for what God is doing in our church.

Excited for the days ahead as we serve, participate, and trust God for transformed lives in every worship service!

For the month of April, our Real Life Scholars, led by speaker, Ann Camba-Mabaquiao, held their Monthly Scholars Update (MSU) and reflected together on the importance of overcoming lies with truth.

"Do not lie to each other, since you have taken off your old self with its practices and have put on the new self, which is being renewed in knowledge in the image of its Creator.” Colossians 3:9–10

This MSU highlighted the value of integrity in our lives. Instead of giving in to fear when telling the truth, we are called to have the courage to stand for what is right—because we are now renewed.

"And he humbled you and let you hunger and fed you with manna, which you did not know, nor did your fathers know, that he might make you know that man does not live by bread alone, but man lives by every word that comes from the mouth of the Lord." ~ Deuteronomy 8:3 ESV ✨

The journey to the Promise Land isn't just about reaching a destination—it’s about who we become along the way. God is more concerned with our character than our comfort, and He often uses the desert to expose our hearts. This isn't meant to shame us, but to shape us, preparing us for the blessings He has prepared.

What feeds our bodies cannot truly satisfy our souls. True life is sustained by God’s Word, not just by physical provision. Even when we feel the "hunger" of a difficult season, we can trust that God is sustaining us in ways we don’t always notice. 🙏

As we move into this week, we carry the reminder that true obedience doesn't wait for convenience. Let’s remember that the wilderness is not where God leaves us, but where He forms us. God doesn't punish like a judge, He disciples like a father.

See you next week here at Victory Silang for our Sunday worship services. We are always joyful and grateful to praise & worship the living God with you! 🤍

Last April 11, we celebrated milestones and new beginnings. From recognizing our kids’ achievements in school to praying for those stepping into a new season—this KIDS Recognition and Cross-over Ceremony reminds us that every stage matters.

We honor the faithfulness of our teachers and parents who continue to guide and nurture the next generation, helping them build a strong foundation in Jesus.

Here’s to raising world changers, one step at a time!

38 Peter said to them, “Turn to God and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. 39 This promise is for you and your children. It is for everyone our Lord God will choose, no matter where they live.” Acts 2:32-41 CEV

50 days after Jesus rose from the dead, people from many places gathered once again in Jerusalem for a special celebration called Pentecost. During that time, Peter stood up in front of a huge crowd and boldly preached about Jesus. When he said, “This Jesus… you put to death on a cross,” he was showing the people their sin. But when they asked, “What shall we do?”, he gave them hope.

Peter told them to turn from their sin, believe in Jesus, and be baptized. Forgiveness is found in Jesus, and baptism is the public response of those who follow Him. This shows us that the resurrection is not just proof, it is an invitation. Even if we have sinned or ignored Jesus, we can turn to Him and receive new life.

Jesus died for our sins, and He rose again so we could be forgiven and made new. The same invitation given that day is the same invitation for us today.
