The phrase “Lord, maiintindihan Mo naman ako” is something many people say. Minsan ginagamit natin ito kapag alam na natin kung ano ang tama, pero pinipili pa rin natin yung gusto natin.

Halimbawa, alam nating mahalaga ang pagsamba sa Diyos o paglalaan ng oras sa Kanya. Pero minsan mas pinipili natin yung matulog pa, gumala, maglaro, o gumawa ng ibang bagay. Tapos sasabihin natin, “Okay lang, maiintindihan naman ako ni Lord.”

Totoo naman na naiintindihan tayo ng Diyos. Alam Niya kung kailan tayo pagod, nahihirapan, o may pinagdadaanan. Walang bagay sa puso natin ang nakatago sa Kanya.

Pero may isang bagay na kailangan din nating tandaan. Ang pag-intindi ng Diyos ay hindi ibig sabihin na okay lang na balewalain natin ang gusto Niya.

Sabi ni Jesus Christ sa John 14:15,
“If you love Me, keep My commandments.”
Simple lang yung sinabi Niya pero malalim. Ang pagmamahal sa Diyos ay nakikita sa pagsunod sa Kanya.

Minsan kasi nagiging excuse natin yung kabaitan ng Diyos. Alam natin na mapagpatawad Siya, kaya iniisip natin na okay lang kahit hindi tayo sumunod. Pero pinaalala ni Paul sa Romans 6:1–2 na hindi dapat natin gamitin ang grace ng Diyos para ipagpatuloy ang maling ginagawa.

Siguro instead na sabihin natin, “Lord, maiintindihan Mo naman ako,” mas magandang sabihin:
“Lord, alam kong gusto Mong gawin ko ito. Nahihirapan ako minsan, pero tulungan Mo akong sumunod sa Iyo.”

Kasi ang pag-intindi ng Diyos sa atin ay hindi para bigyan tayo ng dahilan na hindi sumunod, kundi para bigyan tayo ng lakas na sumunod sa Kanya. 🙏

Sa panahon ngayon na patuloy na tumataas ang presyo ng mga bilihin, maraming tao ang nakakaramdam ng pag-aalala at pagod sa paghahanap kung paano kakayanin ang araw-araw.

Minsan parang kulang ang lahat ng meron tayo. Pero sa Philippians 4:19, pinaaalala ni Paul na hindi tayo nag-iisa. God knows our needs and He promises to provide.

Hindi man palaging madali ang sitwasyon, this verse encourages us to keep trusting. God can provide in many ways, through small blessings, the help of people around us, or the strength and hope to keep moving forward each day.

Kahit mahirap ang panahon ngayon, huwag tayong mawalan ng pag-asa. God is still in control, and His provision will always come at the right time.

It’s amazing to think that the shepherd would leave the ninety-nine to go after the one that wandered. That one sheep mattered so much that it was worth leaving the rest behind.

I can’t help but wonder how often I overlook people who feel lost or forgotten. God’s heart reminds me that every life, every soul, even the one that seems farthest away, is precious.

Maybe love isn’t just about caring for the crowd, but about noticing the one who needs to be found.

1. When you miss church, nobody is affected but you

2. When you withdraw as a worker, God replaces you on time to the point you become IRRELEVANT

3. When you deliberately refuse to support church projects, God raises other better and serious givers

4. When you start fighting the church, God sees you as his ENEMY

5. When you leave the church, more serious people come in.

6. When you eat your TITHES, offerings and SACRIFICE, the Grace on the CHURCH stops working for you.

7. When you gossip your church to other members or outsiders, you become a rebel and a disloyal worshiper.

8. When you speak evil of the church, the angels working with the church withdraws from you.

9. When you don't want control, discipline and correction from the church, you are one step closer to DANGER.

10. Your Church is the symbol of the ministry's mantle and mandate and not you, so with you or without you the work will succeed. See yourself privileged to be a part of God’s program.

*THOSE WHO FIGHT THE CHURCH NEVER END WELL. STOP IT*

Kung libu-libong mga tao ang nagtitipon sa proclamation rally ng kandidatong iboboto natin—and we are fine with that, kahit may Covid pa rin—what hinders your church from gathering every Sunday morning? Hindi ba't kailangang magtipon ang church and sit under the proclamation of the words of King Jesus? Hindi Siya isa sa mga kandidato. He commands our ultimate allegiance. Siya ang nasa trono. 👑

DEAR PARENTS:
Wag n'yo naman pong gawing panakot ang mga pastor sa anak n'yo. Pakiusap po.

Parang ganito. Halimbawa kasama n'yo sa church ang anak n'yo. Tapos malikot o maingay, tapos hindi n'yo masaway. Dumaan si pastor. Sasabihan n'yo ang anak n'yo ng ganito, "Anak, tumahimik ka, wag matigas ang ulo, ayan si pastor o, papagalitan ka. Hala ka."

Wag ganon.

Bakit?

Una, hindi namin responsibilidad na disiplinahin ang anak n'yo. Pwede kaming tumulong at magbigay ng payo sa inyo. Pero kayo ang may primary responsibility dyan.

Ikalawa, kung malikot o maingay ang bata sa church, okay lang yun kasi bata pa siya. Sanay kaming mga pastor sa ganyan. Wag lang siyempreng sobrang distracting na. Ganun talaga ang bata. Ang masama yung matatanda ang malikot at maingay, di ba? 😉 Pwede nyo rin silang kausapin sa bahay para masanay sila na kasama sa worship gathering ng church.

Ikatlo, ayaw namin na lumaki ang anak nyo na takot sa pastor. Mabait naman kami, di ba? 😊 Mas maganda kung masanay sila na makilala ang pastor na approachable at hindi nakakatakot.

PS: Isama nyo na po ang mga anak nyo sa church. Mas kailangan nila ang matutong sumamba at makarinig ng Salita ng Diyos na kasama kayo at ang church family kaysa ang maproteksyunan sila sa sakit.

"Yung paglayo mo, di lang ikaw yung apektado."

Bes, May isang paalala lang sakin si Lord kanina. And kung makakarelate ka, Bes sana gawan na natin ng paraan...

I'm studying the book of Jonah paunti-unti at kung di mo siya kilala siya yung tumalikod at tumakbo palayo kay God nung inutusan siya ni Lord na mag-share sa isang lugar na sobrang sinful.

Lumayo siya, sumakay ng barko papalayo sa lugar kung saan gusto siyang pumunta ni Lord.

instead of sumunod. 🤦🏻

At sa paglayo niya nadamay pa yung mga kasama niya sa barko nung inallow ni God yung isang malakas na bagyo sa paglalakbay nila. Hinampas ng malalakas na alon, at kahit tinapon na yung mga ibang gamit papalubog parin sila ng papalubog..

Si Jonah? Kahit alam niyang mali ginawa niya nagawa pang matulog sa gitna nung bagyo.

(Gaya natin na may tendency na maging relax masyado na akala natin kaya nating takbuhan si God ng walang consequence)

So ayun. Nung ginising siya at sinabi niya sa mga kasama niya yung ginawa niya against God. Wala silang ibang nagawa kundi ihagis na lang si Jonah sa tubig gaya ng suggest niya.

Bes, kung babasahin niyo yung Jonah
Malinaw dun na may consequence yung paglayo natin kay Lord. At ang nagsurprise sakin e yung fact na kapag lumayo tayo kay Lord. Hindi lang tayo yung apektado.

Example:
Kuya ka, tapos lumayo ka sa Diyos. Gumawa ka ng actions na alam mong mali or mas pinili na lang ang sarili. Sinong nakakakita sayo? Mga kapatid mong tinitignan ka.

Jowa ka, nung simula ang onfire mo i-lead yung jowa mo sa pagkilala pa kay Lord. Pero nung lumayo ka, dahil nakita niya na di na niya mababago yung desisyon mo, napa layo na lang din siya..

Leader ka, nastumble ka kaya ka lumayo pero dahil alam mo na may mga young generations na nakakita sa ginagawa mo, possible na gumaya na lang sila..

Iba -iba tayo ng pinagdadaanan as a Christian I know. Pero sana kahit gaano pa kahirap yung pinapagawa ni Lord na ang naiisip mong exit ay ang lumayo na lang, sana huwag natin ituloy. Dahil for sure di lang ikaw ang maapektuhan.

Isang paalala lang na, kung gusto mong lumayo sa Diyos for some reason after following Him, Please try to pray hard about it first. Ask God for help and wisdom, leading and direction, pwede naman e...

Ask for help sa kapwa mo Christians, ask for prayers... Hindi ka naman mag-isa e.

Huwag sana tayong sumuko na lang basta-basta...

Alisin na natin yung paglayo sa option.

Ito'y isang munting paalala lamang.
Baka alam mo naman na din to, isasabuhay na lang.

CHURCH MEMBERSHIP ETHICS || ⛪

1. BE A MEMBER OF ONLY ONE CHURCH. The principle is simple. You cannot belong to two churches at the same time or you will love one and hate the other or be devoted to one and despise the other (Matthew 6:24, different contexts, same principle).

2. RESPECT OTHER CHURCHES -- do not invite their members to join your church (even if your church is better than theirs). Smaller churches have lots of unique challenges and getting members from them won't be of any help to them. Don't be lazy -- win souls! There are countless people who do not have a relationship with Christ -- go for them!

3. HELP MAKE YOUR CHURCH BETTER, not transfer to a better church.

4. STOP LOOKING FOR THE PERFECT CHURCH -- there is none!

5. MAKING SUGGESTIONS - When you are a member of a church you have the right to make suggestions. However, when you make suggestions you also must be willing to be part of your suggestions. And when your suggestions are not carried out, do not be offended and go about sulking. Suggestions are simply that, suggestions!

6. YOUR ACTION AFFECTS OTHERS - Be careful what you do because what you do affects others too. The Church is the Body of Christ and we are all members of that body. Our actions affect others just as a problem in one organ in the body affects the whole body. Of course, it takes maturity to understand this.

7. PAY YOUR TITHES - Give your tithes or financial support to the church you are a member of and not to an organization or church abroad or somewhere else. Just to humor you, let me give you this illustration. Wouldn't it be absurd (even tragic) if you eat at Jollibee and pay at McDonald's?

8. WEDDING CEREMONIES, ETC - If you are getting married, the ethical thing to do is have your own pastor officiate your wedding, unless, of course, he has no license to officiate weddings. This is also true for child dedications, dedication or blessing of houses/cars/businesses and others.

9. WHEN YOU HAVE TO LEAVE - There are times when members have to leave a church and transfer to another church. When this happens, leave in peace. Settle things with the leadership of the church you are leaving. Ask their blessings on your decision to leave. Don't just go AWOL. God cannot bless you if you leave that way (Matthew 5:23). Do not influence and encourage others to transfer with you. Do not badmouth the church or the leaders of the church you are leaving.

10. ESCAPING - Do not leave a church simply because the leaders of the church confronted you of your sin. If they don't care about you, they wouldn't waste time confronting you. Galatians 6:1,2.

11. PERFECT PASTOR - Do not leave a church because the pastor is imperfect. Be sure the church you are going to has an imperfect pastor, too! God cannot use a perfect pastor because there is none!

12. INTENTIONAL DISCIPLESHIP - Do not leave a church because of Discipleship. Check your reasons for leaving. Find biblical support for your reasons. If you can find none, maybe you should reconsider. An emotional reason cannot be a valid reason. As Christians we are governed by the Word of God and not by our emotions.

Love your church. Support your church. Appreciate your church.
