Sabbath| Reflection| Truth Without Agenda

Truth without agenda is authentically astounding.

In a world where truth is often shaped by personal gain, influence, or approval, God calls His people to something different: truth that is pure, sincere, and anchored in Him. Biblical truth was never meant to manipulate people; it was meant to reveal God, restore hearts, and set people free.

Jesus Himself declared:
“And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” - John 8:32

The power of truth is not found in how aggressively it is presented, but in its authenticity. Truth does not need an agenda to sustain it because truth stands on its own. When Christ spoke, He did not speak to impress crowds or protect status; He spoke with sincerity, grace, and conviction. Even when uncomfortable, truth carried freedom, healing, and transformation.

The Bible also says:
“But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ.” - Ephesians 4:15

Reminding us that truth without love becomes harsh, and love without truth becomes empty. But truth spoken without selfish motive reflects the character of God. It becomes honest, healing, and deeply impactful.

In ministry, leadership, and digital spaces, people can often sense when words are driven by ego, performance, or hidden intention. But authenticity carries a different spirit. When truth flows from humility and a genuine desire to uplift others, it resonates deeply because it reflects Christ, the One who said:

“I am the way, the truth, and the life.” - John 14:6

Thus, truth without agenda is astounding because it points people beyond ourselves and back to God. So, this sabbath, may we all worship God in truth and in Spirit.

HAPPY SABBATH 🙏😇

Life is full of challenges and tribulations, but Jesus offers us peace and assurance. No matter the difficulties we face, we can find strength in knowing that He has already conquered the world. Take heart and trust in His victory.

Pause and Reflect on His words and find peace in His promises. Remember, true peace comes from trusting in the One who has overcome it all.

Happy Sabbath! 🤍

Mt. Pinatubo reminds us that even after destruction, God can bring beauty and peace. If He can restore the earth, He can restore us too.

As the Sabbath begins, take a moment to slow down, breathe, and remember who is in control.

“Be still, and know that I am God.” — Psalm 46:10

Have a peaceful and blessed Sabbath.

Happy Sabbath!

These historic Stone Houses in Batanes, have withstood strong winds and a test of time. It's a timely reminder to us that God’s protection and care are steadfast. Just as these homes weather storms, His love shelters and strengthens us through life’s challenges.

As we pause this Sabbath, may we find rest in God’s unwavering presence and reflect on the strength He provides.

“The Lord is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer.” - Psalm 18:2

Wishing you a restful and blessed Sabbath.

Happy Sabbath!

The beauty of Mayon Volcano in the background here in Legazpi is a quiet reminder of how great our Creator is.

As the Sabbath begins, may we pause from the busyness of life and find rest in God’s presence. May your heart be filled with peace, gratitude, and renewed strength.

Happy Sabbath everyone. 😇🙏

Happy preparations day.

You know, the world is quick to criticize and slow to praise. The more you grow and succeed, the more criticism you may face. Sometimes people point out the faults of others simply because they see what they lack within themselves.

So remember these three things:
1. Always notice the good in others and correct with kindness. Praise more than you blame.

2. When criticism comes, and it will, remember the good within you. Remember your strengths. You are worthy and capable of great things.

3. And never forget: the only way to avoid criticism is to say nothing, do nothing, and be nothing.

So dream big. Live boldly. Push your limits. Do not fear criticism, sometimes it simply means you are doing something worth noticing.

So, before you criticise someone, here is a reminder:

“Let your speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt.” — Epistle to the Colossians 4:6
