A meaningful Sabbath worship as we reflected on Matthew 5:29 and the solemn call to be careful about what we allow our eyes to see.

Through Pastor Ricky Villarin, Executive Secretary, NPM, God reminded us through the message, “Be Careful, Little Eyes What You See,” that what we continually look at can influence our thoughts, desires, choices, and character.

Jesus said, “If your right eye causes you to sin, tear it out and throw it away” (Matthew 5:29). This powerful teaching reminds us to take sin seriously and to guard the gateways of our hearts and minds.

This Sabbath, we praise God for one precious baptism, Sir Albert Udani Villasor, an AFP Army personnel, has publicly surrendered his life to Christ through baptism. 🙏

Sir Albert first came to know Christ through Bible studies conducted through the late Judge Ernesto Estoya. His baptism had been scheduled several times before, but for different reasons, it did not push through. Today, by God’s grace, the long-awaited day has finally come. What was delayed many times has now become a beautiful testimony of God’s perfect timing.

We also ask everyone to pray for Sir Albert as he undergoes chemotherapy. May God strengthen him, sustain him, and give him courage and peace as he continues his journey with Christ.

Our heartfelt thanks to Pastor Ricky Serato for officiating the baptism, and to Bro. Reymond Costorio, who became a bridge in this journey by faithfully following up with Sir Albert and helping make his baptism possible today.

Special thanks also to Ma’am Jannet Aniñon for her service and assistance in bringing Sir Albert to and from the church, and to all the brethren who supported and helped make this special day possible.

One soul. One decision. One new beginning.
All glory belongs to God! 🙏❤️
