WELCOME ON BOARD!
With hearts full of gratitude and praise to God, we joyfully announce the election of Pastor Benjie Poncardas as the new Stewardship & Youth Director of NPM.
During the first NPM Execom meeting of the year 2026, the leadership gathered in earnest prayer and in the spirit of seeking God’s will. With humility, unity, and total dependence on divine guidance, the committee committed every decision to the Lord. After prayerful deliberation, this appointment emerged as a clear testimony of God’s leading.
This decision is not merely an administrative action, but a spiritual outcome of seeking God first. We believe that the Lord Himself is placing His servant where he can best serve, inspire, and strengthen the church—especially in cultivating faithful stewardship and empowering the youth for mission.
Pastor Benjie’s passion for nurturing young people and his commitment to faithful stewardship reflect God’s heart for the present and the future of His work. As he accepts this sacred trust, we are confident that God will pour out wisdom, courage, and the power of the Holy Spirit upon his ministry.
May your leadership inspire faithfulness, awaken purpose among our youth, and lead many to deeper commitment and joyful service.
