The Cry for a Just Transition is Now
A PASTORAL APPEAL FOR SEMIRARA

Most Rev. Marvyn A. Maceda, D.D. issues a pastoral appeal for a clear, time-bound, and adequately funded Just Transition Roadmap for Semirara Island.

The Church stands with the workers and families of Semirara. We ask that they not be left alone as coal operations face uncertainty. Care for people and care for creation cannot be separated.

Let the transition begin now.

As we Celebrate the Month of the Holy Rosary, the St. Blaise Parish Youth Ministry (PYM), together with the Members of the Confraternity of Our Lady of Fatima, came together in faith and devotion through house-to-house Rosary prayers and Chapel prayers in Barangay Bacalan, Sebaste, Antique.

Through every home visited, every prayer offered, and every Hail Mary recited, we deepen our love for the Blessed Virgin Mary and strengthen our unity as one Parish community.

May the Holy Rosary continue to be a source of peace, hope, protection, and strength for every family and may Mary, Our Lady of the Rosary, lead us always closer to her Son, Jesus Christ.
